Nah man, its a lost cause, thanks for asking though
-
2 of us had ours back off on us at the dunes at halloween, I had the washer bent over in two places as well and it still somehow got loose. Not sure if somehow it gets just a little loose and causes the washer to come out of its grooves and allow it to turn off or what but I impacted that bitch back on this time around.

Helmet mount for sure as your body stays more still because the suspension soaks up everything. I always preferred mounting the cam on the side of the helmet as well, just had better luck this way. What set-up did you go with?
-
I would still ask for your DMC's back, instead of the fmf's, they are by far better

haven't heard shit from this dude, just another low life in which I'm sure the shit will catch up to him. If anyone runs into him please let me know if you can get any info from this loser.
-
nah no update, hoping one of the local guys seen him or something
-
so has anyone seen or heard from this bitch? Any you guys that are local to him?
-
always been a fan of Lakers, was trying to grab up a white set before too, stuck with red now
-
well I'm already up a finger so there's my advantage since he's so bad. Dude's 20yrs old, prob goes around thinking hes a bad ass when he's just a punk, seen it all to often. Just pay back my money and be done with it, simple as that

Mikenick, you are a stand up guy for hooking paddleboy up even though it wasn't your problem, that is awesome. As for the getting the police involved, thats more of a hassle than anything, they won;t do shit for what the items cost. Now if I make a trip back home for the holidays then I may see what happens since he isn't to far from my hometown. For now though I hope I never run into this Dbag because it will be ugly. To try and sell even more stuff on here after you burned two people just shows how bright this guy is.

SO has anyone seen or heard from this clown?
-
i saw he posted stuff for sale again and thanks for locking it up NYUK, he has posted several 4/s items since i have been asking him about my parts and I called him out in a couple of them. I guess we can just see how it plays out now, not much more I can do unless I decide to take trip back home. Just sad to see this shit happen on a good forum.

Isnt that whole finger thing back in July, over 4 months ago? Internet works wonders so I'm sure hes more than likely recovered, bills on the other hand maybe not but I'm still out money and shocks.
-
well what are his issues?
-
i'm with paddleboy on this one, the shocks were fair priced but I needed them within a deadline for halloween and that gave him a full month to get them to me which he didn't. He responded to PM's occasionally and never said anything about home issues or something like that. If he did have some things going on then just say it and refund the money before time was to late and I didn't have my parts by the time needed. It sucks but this is shitty that two people have been ripped off. At this point I just want my money back since the shocks are useless to me. Sucks
-
well he wasn't indisposed on Oct 27 to reply to half my PM's and since I sent money on Oct 4th I would say he had plenty of time to ship out 2 shocks. At least not give me a runaround with the whole thing. I'm just heated about this whole thing and to find out he burned paddleboy as well there shouldn't be any room on BHQ for this shit.

stand it up on the grab bar on the street and see if it drains into the air box or not. If it does find a solution, if not load it up

any suggestions on gearing for this type of seup
-
where you staying at? Its possible I may be heading out Thurs night as well, buddy got a RV and I believe hes staying at gecko.
-
anyone know this guy personally?
-
I toyed with the gearing some but maybe need to go more drastic for the low end. I don;t mind how it really rides now, I mostly just dragged the bike but couldn;t really go on a normal ride due to working the hell out of it. Had to give lots of room to the person in front or else I would be right at their rear wheels soon and I was WOT. I'll give the gearing some more adjustments and see what it does, I just really like the top end on this thing and don't want to lose to much of it. I would rather fight it then lose the power. Thanks for the advise so far, i'll take step by step at a time.

already filed a complaint through paypal, dude never responds to any PM's, can;t provide a tracking number and is just full of shit IMO. At least you had good luck with him but for now he's a scammer till something gets done.
-
I can handle the way the bike rides and really like the way the motor pulls, was just curious if carbs were and issue for not having any low end at all. I just assumed I would have more than whats there. It would just be nice to be able to play ride it a little than stay at comp hill all day. Maybe I will change it up, maybe not. Thanks for the info

Basically I just got my shee together and right now it is stock stroke with a K&T dune port and its pretty aggressive. I am also running a set of shearer's sb inframes, milled and re-chambered head with +4 timing. Currently I have a set or PJ 34mm's on there with PODS and had it out at the dunes this past weekend. Basically I have all top end and nothing else. I can't really dune the bike and it will run through a 1/2-3/4 tank in about 8 miles of running it pretty hard which seems very excessive. I'm thinking the carbs are pretty much overkill yet this b!tch hauls ass when WOT and Rev's out great all through the high RPM's but I am looking for something that will keep my top end pulling strong but give me the down low snap as well if I just want to take a quick ride. We went on a semi decent ride and by the end of it I was dead tired due to having this sucker wide open through everything just so I didn't die out. Any ideas on what size carbs to shoot for at this point? I am also thinking about going to a twist throttle just for the dunes, my thumb never hurt so much before.
