  1. What are the dimensions? Are there dual core? Joe
  2. Dude you need to be more specific here, guys trying to help you out.. Whats done to your bike, list ALL your mods and what jets you are currently running? Have the silencers been repacked recently?? Joe
  3. Tire pressure is something that will vary often, depends on your setup, what tires your running, what terrain your running etc..... You will air down if you arent hooking enough, air up if you are hooking to much. Just a example on my dirt tires- front Razr2's i usually run like 6psi Rear 22'' super swampers like 3-4psi Rear 20'' razr2's 4-6psi Rear 21'' haulers 3-6 psi This is something you will play with on your own, till you and your machine are comfortable..1psi in either direction makes a big difference Joe
  4. Travis, i havent spoke to mike, fred and zach yet, But i know its tough for mike to take off during his work season, fred and zach may be interested. Is Nasty down? If there is 4 of us, we can roll together Take my enclosed and wack up all the costs, would be a very inexpensive weekend. It will be a YAMAHA only weekend so your hybrid might have to stay home lol :headbang: Joe
  5. Seems like a lot of driving for 2-3 days of riding If we head out thursday, ride friday, saturday, sunday- leave sunday evening? Back to work on tuesday?? So take off thursday-monday? Is that what your thinking, bc i cant see it being worth it any other way. Joe
  6. what a bunch of bitches. This was a good thing to benefit all the members Once your post count was up there, now put the shoe on the other foot it would save you from getting burned from some clown who signed up for the day just to scam someone. Everyone so quick to cry instead of looking at the bigger picture.. Gonna be interesting when one of the cry babys gets scammed by someone with 2 posts and goes running back to Loco Joe
  7. I run the RAZR 2's in the front and they are awesome, the rears not so much. First ride i was plugging a tire at the truck, they didn't hook for shit on my banshee and they are very very heavy.. The kendas are a good tire, but i think the YFZ450, and honda radials are awesome tires.. I would never buy another set of rear razrs- Im running a +4 swinger and they really sucked. I sold them to my buddy and he seems to be happy with them.. (stock swinger) Joe
  8. I have a WCR extreme override N 1-4 5&6 I beat the shit out of it also and hasnt given me one single problem- I hill climb, trail ride, drag race, dune occasionally.. I have shifted up and down without the clutch etc, they can take a lot of abuse. To answer your question, yes it possible and a lot of people do it, me personally I would take a stock modified tranny over it any day of the week for duning.. I just think there a lot more work involved, great for drag racing but for my style it just isn't the best route to take.. So much more clutching involved, not being able to REALLY backload etc This is just my opinion, i believe there are better options out there. My bike is going back to a stock tranny real soon I say, have someone on here modify a stocker for you, you'll be glad you did so Joe
  9. INfamous and Nastyracing are around your way- there always down to ride Im just getting over a shoulder injury, once the weather breaks again we are out almost every weekend Joe
  10. winning race banshee, 43 mins in the top end, 134 mph omg with these clowns already http://newyork.craigslist.org/fct/cto/2777253954.html
  11. The new denali HD diesel is one bad MOFO for sure Joe
  12. Ive had bad luck with trail techs also, they broke when i first got them. I was able to fix it. But there arent even a year old and they are all peeling and look like shit- Guess ill be painting them. who did you buy them?? joe
  13. I seen Cams work, seems like a pretty smart dude- Im almost certain his will be one of the cleanest conversions done to date. Also- for the YFZ cutting the frame in half isnt a option, theres plenty of room to do it the right way, that is of course eliminating the stock YFZ motor mounts and fabricating new ones, gettting the motor lower and further back into the frame.. Eliminating the stock YFZ radiator, which will allow the pipes to fit snug against the frame like a banshee- The whole idea in my eyes is to make it look like it belongs there- plastics and all Cutting the frame into pieces will make the plastics fit like shit right?? Im not knocking any of the other YFZ conversions, hats off to all the guys who have done this, but i really haven't been overly impressed with any of them. Im sure once a few real clean conversions surface, the copiers will copy.. Alot easier having someone else do all the homework and research and than just copy there work banghead banghead I currently have one of these in the works, I am by no means a fabricator, but i have done endless research on this project figuring what will and wont work. Joe

  16. I've never seen that break before, But Im guessing the screws weren't torqued properly or loctite wasn't used and they back themselves out.. Look around for 2 screws, they gotta be in there somewhere.. Joe

  21. I sent them a email through ebay about the tires, I asked a few questions about the paddles coming off, they said there original batch from there supplier gave them some problems, but haven't had any issues in quit some time now. Also, I was reading through there feedback and noticed some people were paying 120.00 shipped, I ask about that also and they said to put in a offer for 120.00 and they will accept. 120.00 shipped seems like a great deal if these paddles are holding up. Joe
  22. any with a 8'' rim?? joe
  23. I agree, price seems a bit high. I just got a nice set of PC from DDQ for 200.00 shipped Joe
