Hahahaha thats awesome.. I dont think thats my problem considering i was riding my bike that weekend and it ran awesome all weekend with no problems.. Im glad that you got your problem worked out..Im sure you will be very happy with the work that jim did, my shee has ALOT of power for alittle mx port

Okay update guys, i dont think that i have a bad seal... My carb is pissing out gas like crazy, when i start the bike only the left side is firing and getting hot, the right side isnt getting hot and the silencer is spitting out gas like a race horse.. also the right side spark plug is clean as a whistle when i take it out and the left plug looks normal color. what do you guys think? I already dropped it off to get fixed but i still need some peace of mind in the mean time..

Im having the same problem, jim built my motor about 6 months ago and i think i have a bad crank seal. do you have oil and shit spitting out of the left cylinder..

My cylinders have a mx port from passion racing, my crank was just trued and welded.. I do have a set of virgin cylinders that i can use. Im just wondering about the pistons, if its A MUST to run different pistons

I think i have a bad crank seal so while im in there i was thinking about going with a 4mm My question is do you have to run different pistons or no? i do have a noss cool head, i was told that you do not have to run the blaster pistons. is there goin to be a big difference in power?

Carbs are stock..I pulled the carbs, the reeds are fine, brand new with only 2 rides on them. I swapped plugs and wires and still no change. i also swapped the coil with one from my buddies bike. What else guys im really stuck here?

Okay here goes guys, after washing my bike i went to take it for a ride and it was bogging alittle and seemed like the slides where getting caught up from the condensation..So i toook the carbs apart and cleaned cleaned and cleaned them.. put everything back together and still the same thing.. When i start the bike only the left cylinder is fully running, the right cylinder has barely anything coming out of the silencer except for tons of oil.. the left silencer is just spitting out oil/gas.. i did a compression check and i have 135/138 in each..the motor was built like 5 months ago by passion and i had 150psi.. I checked my reeds and they are fine, now when i take the plugs out the left is brown in color and the right one is wet but no color just looks like a brand new plug that wasnt fired.. i also started hearing a small knock/rattle coming from the motor on the last ride, the bike runs unbelieveable, so strong for a small mx port.. PLEASE HELP GUYS IM LEAVING FOR A TRIP TO VIRGINIA IN 2 WEEKS...

would be interested in a few things if you parts it pipes/ carbs/radiator/ steering stem/ rear tires. let me kno whats going on..

do you think i have done any damage to the clutch not having it properly adjusted?

so when im adjusting that screw does the cable have to be disconnected from the pervh? do i adjust it until the to marks line up together?

You will see a nice improvement in your throttle response, def a great mod for 35 bucks. You will not have to run race gas nor change your jetting.. Ricky stator makes a good timing plate.

Like it says im looking for a set of used nerf bars, I had a set of ac pro peg and sold them wasnt all that crazy about them, but im going on a trip in 2 weeeks and dont like riding without nerbars.. I would perfer if they came with red or black nets.. Let me kno what you got, if they are beat up, dented, deep grooves, rusted dont even bother thanks joseph
