i got mine from borrinkt awhile back.....nice new pipes...... i have an O ring splice kit i use while buildin air struts and stuff .... would that work or do i need to find some high temp O rings....i father works at fords as skilled trades and he cant find any high temp ones at work ??? :baseball_bat:
yea.......greased them like mad and had two of us pushin them on.......and nothing......i miced the cylinder and the exhaust flange and its on a .010 dif... dont think theres a way in hell to get the O ring to compress that much.......oh BTW im usein the stock replacement O rings.....or do i need a special sized O ring for the rocket pipes......i did my old FMF pipes without a hitch......so i dunno guys......im lost here :shrug:
hey guys.......ive had my banshee in pieces since i got her.....but now shes completely rebuilt and i cant seam to get these damn things to slide on the cylinders!!!!!!! they will slide on without the O rings without a prob..... but the minute i but them in i dont have a chance in hell....... tried everything i can think of!!!!! any ideas????

hey guys.....i have the same problem......4mm long rod stroker with ported cylinders im gettin off loco with rockets and +4 timing with 35mm carbs.......i currently have GBC sand sharks from when it was in stock form....lookin at gettin some 9 paddle haulers???? yea i forgot to mention i have a 4+ swinger and 2+ 1+ arms......
hmmmm......but isnt he overwhelmed with work....after all i believe he isnt takin on anymore motors til after jun 15???? and yet he isnt still bustin his ass to get the orders out as soon as he posably can ??? and he has yet to be a prick to me......
thanks for the help.....but ive all ready been on that site and still no mention of what the green/yellow wire is for on the 5 wire connector off the CDI (has two short four-wire connectors (later models have a four-wire and a five-wire connector). ) that i understand.....but what is that 5th wire for?????
alright guys.....call me dumb.......but im buildin a new shee from the ground up.......got a few boxes of parts and a frame and motor............got the whole frame done and rolling.....but this wiring harness is trashed.......the thing i cant figure out is what the Green/yellow wire commin off the CDI (the 5 wire connector) is for?????? its a 2000
450 on a rear rebuild????? i only got 175 in mine, new rear spring powder coated candy blue with a complete rebuild and revalved for my 4 plus and my weight
i have a set of stock upper arms......freshly blasted and painted a candy blue........not 100% sure how the ball joints r in them.......the lowers were shot so i got some +2 arms for it....
hey.....i jus picked up a set of alba arms and i was wonderin if any of you guys drilled and taped in a zerk fitting to grease them.......was thinkin about doing that......thanks any feedback wound be great....
Hmmm.... question...does or will those cylinders work on a 4mm crank???.... i got my bottom end built but havn't got around to pickin anything up for the top end
Hmmm.....silver lake sounds good.......hopefully the shee will be back together by then or ill be stuck rideing the Z400 .....but she's ported , cams , CDI, and a few other lil mods im not aloud to talk about .....but im down jus mention when.......

Looking for a set of 2 out 1 forward aftermarket arms.....not picky on the brand.....just a nice set......looking at spending around 350 or soo for a clean set......tie rod would help to....but does not have to come with.....thanks guys.
