Just to add a lil food for thought.. Not all domes are the same.. Some designs are more prone to detonation then others.. Just because one 19cc dome is fine dont mean the next 19cc dome will be too. This is why its important to know where the domes came from and who designed them.

What sucks for us Joe.. Is that we really only have 4 oils to choose from. Super Tech, Benol', Castor927 and Redline alky mix. The reason I prefer the Redline oil is that its specificly made for alky.. it doesn't use the detergents and other ingredients that are used with gas oils. But.. good luck walking into a store to buy it on your way to a race.. cheapest place i've found it around here is through summit racing and its 70.00 a gallon after shipping.. SUPER TECH IT IS!!!!!!!!! lol

Never had a issue with carbon on the valves. Only time we did was when the customer did some mods and changed the jetting. Most sleds we sold we setup with non syn bombardier oil and Yamalube 2S

I just dont buy into their whole marketing scheme.. and other oils are just as good at a lower price. I worked in a service dept.. Seen lots of bikes come through that claim to only ran amsoil.. Nothing special. Dont get me wrong.. Its not junk. Like I said earlier.. its just my opinion.

This question is gonna get 100 different opinions.. So here's mine. I dont care for amsoil... Never really been a fan. I really like the Redline oils.. But.. Their not as readily available as some of the other oils.. I use Klotz super tech or Benol'. For the trans.. I use the cheapest atf I can find.. usually ends up being meijer or wal-mart brand.

Most sleds use a 9 heat range plug.. The SRX sleds came with the High Dollar plugs.

the g's and Iridiums use a fine electrode the P are a projected plug I use B9es on alky and B8es on gas

21's should be around 140ish. If your compression is high.. you might want to look at your squish. 21 and 22 is considered the safe zone for 93 gas.

I use .018 on alky.. .022~.024 on gas

hmm... the set I had were straight inlets.. but had the stupid bowls and no chokes.. so I assumed they were pumper carbs. My gravity carbs were clean on the right side without all that extra castings.

I dont think air bags is gonna fix the broken spring wes. lol I think the spring broke when I went offroad.. lol

Looked like a pumper carb to me. My gravity carbs didn't have the raised secton on the right side of the carb.. You could read keihen on the side. The one part I think is the spot where the rack mounts.
