  1. Thats what I was wondering, I wasn't sure how much they flowed. I figured alky would need it but I wasn't sure about gas applications. Thanks Dave.
  2. Dave I've always ran gravity carbs and I'm not to familiar with the pumpers, but will they flow enough by gravity to feed a stock ported cylinder or would a pump still be required?
  3. I had the same problem Dave.
  4. Kinda hard to beat this deal!
  5. Then go over their and buy it.. Dont come on his thread and post other peoples prices that could hurt his chances of selling it for what he wants to get out of it. There is also cranks on PS for 375 shipped and another for 325 +shipping and a crank for 200 that needs new lower rod bearings... But you failed to mention those cranks.. Give the guy a break and if you gonna post this stuff do it through a PM. Sorry about this shawn.. my BS filter got full and I needed to clean it out.
  6. The dyno I seen showed the PT mids making 3 more hp on the bottom mid over PC's on a TT ported motor. Most pipes will show more peak HP then the PT's, especially a 6mil cheetah wich is far from being a trail motor. I was using the PC's and switched to the PT mids because they had better bottom and mid power and had ALOT smoother power delivery.
  7. I'm pretty sure this frame is long gone.. The post was from last Feb.
  8. The biggest gain from a cool head is the interchangeable domes. Your not going to see a huge help in the cooling department. Most guys around here just have the stock head cut and rechambered and save some money. They dont have any issues with heating. You might want to check your impeller. The stock impeller and gear are made of plastic and like to break quite often.
  9. If your looking for more bottom power, the PT mids are going to be your best choice. I've used all the pipes you mentioned and the Mids were my favorite for trails.
  10. Hey Shawn.. I can get a new dyna for 300 shipped to my door... I'll give ya $50!!.
  11. Wow.. Screw that.. I thought maybe my wife just didn't know what she was talking about. lol
  12. isn't the 1211 like 20 bucks a tube or something like that? I needed some for my floatbowls so I sent the wife up to the store and she said it was 25.00, so they sold her some other stuff for 5.00. Just wondering if its the same stuff. I know it was a three bond product, I dont recall the number though.
  13. I used the XCT's for about 3 years.. They didn't wear fast for me but I dont ride on any roads or anything like that. I really liked the XCT's. They had great traction on soft stuff. Actually worked pretty well in the sand also. I sold them and bought XCR's for my 450. Got no complaints about'em. I probably wont buy anything but holeshots since I've had such great luck with them.
  14. I could go the rest of my life without seeing snow and it wouldn't bother me.. But to each their own I guess... To bad sand didn't fall out of the sky instead of snow.
  15. It could be worse... How about detroit well water!
  16. If your really worried about it.. use low pressure (garden hose). Or treat it like a baby and give it a sponge bath!
  17. oh.. But thats Detroit tap water.. so there has to be some sort of additive in there somwhere!
  18. It helps wet heat transfers (water wetter)
  19. I'm 29 and I'm from Michigan.
  20. Tony Dukas racing. They're not the carbon reeds, they're epoxy reeds but they're alot cheaper too. I tried to find them but their updating the site. I called them about some replacment reeds for my VF3's . They said they only had them for the 2's, but they were about 3 months out on the the 3's. That was back in April. Give them a call They might even have carbon reeds for the 2's now. BANSHEE SUPERSTORE 1821 S.W. 7th Avenue Pompano Beach, FL 33060 Phone: 954-784-0020
