  1. No shit!! I'd want the name of the person who signed for it and track'em down!
  2. yeah man.. Thats some bull shit right there!! Keep us updated.. hopefully you can track them bitches down and get herr running soon!!
  3. I think it would flow pretty good.. Wish someone could test it along side a pingle to check flow rate.
  4. I know its not a rocket.. My guess would be non-adjustable LRD too. Never seen a set in person so I'm not 100% sure
  5. from my experience with them.. they very similar performance wise..
  6. if it were me.. I'd check into the WR headlight switch and just wire it for off/high beams. It'd make for a clean look and no cuttin would be needed. I dont think anyone actually uses low beams anyways do they? just a idea..
  7. Isn't that the truth!! that weekend was a blast!!! Kinda why I dont want to plan anything in September! lol I think Late July is going to be our best bet. Got 3 weeks off from the 4th weekend. With it being July their should be a decent flow of people for some drag racing and not over crowded for dune riding.
  8. I start back to work 1st of September. We also have 2 big races in September with the little sandy race and the show me the money race (if it happens). I doubht I could get another weekend off in after september 1st.. Who stays at hotels anyways?? lol
  9. Place that did my coating was nice enough to go through and run taps through all my threads for me.
  10. No one planning on going in July?? bump lets get a group together!
  11. On a mild build the gains from the V-force are probably gonna be minimal. until you start getting into some heavy drag porting a good set of reeds on the stock cages (boyessen, carbon tech) will be fine IMO.
  12. Since you run lights you pretty much need that switch. But.... you might be able to wire in a WR light switch one side and use a YZ kill on the other.. I've never looked closely to the wiring setup on the WR light switch so I dont know what its gonna take to get it to work. Just something to check into.
  13. Yep.. Very Important to get the dome rechambered. There is more to it then just shaving some off then throwing it on. The squish band needs to be corrected.
  14. if their boyessen dual stage then they shouldn't have reed stops. They'll use a revplate instead.
  15. not all HD springs are created equal.. Some springs have near twice the tension as other HD springs. I used to pull 6 HD barnett springs all day long.. no problem. Same with my Tusk HD springs. Strap a set of the springs from A&S / RDZ springs in there.. you'll look like Popeye by the end of the day!! lol
  16. I'm looking to get a plate for my brother.. Let me know what you got and how much. Dont really matter billet or cast. Looking for somthing cheap. Thanks.
  17. its not just the compression.. its also the dome configuration. When you cut the stock head it also needs to be rechambered. After you get it cut.. make sure you double check your squish.
  18. what type of riding do you do? I think your on the right track! Only thing I'd change in your list would be the head.. Rather then get it shaved I'd look into a after market head.. It'll give you more options down the road with the interchangeable domes. Other then that.. I think you got a pretty nice sounding setup!
  19. Ebay refurbs.. got mine for 10 bucks. Its direct from asv innovations sealed in wrapper and came with a 1yr warranty.
  20. I just wanted to tinker with the program. I guess the software is available through Duncan racing for engine developers.. thats not me. lol
  21. Here's a question for ya CDI guru's... Whats the difference between the DYNA and a Vortex? I use a Vortex on my 450 and I wouldn't mind messing around with some maps.. but I dont have any of the software or interface cables for it..
  22. Yep they run off vacuum, Most people tap a pulse line fitting behind the reeds on the intakes of the cylinders. I think Dajogejr has a few pics of his pulse line.
  23. I honestly can say in the 3 yrs that I worked a parts counter at a dealer, I have never once had someone refer to the banshee as a YFZ-350. Most of the time its "89' banshee" or "95' Banshee" . Since your in such a infomative mood... actually you forgot a digit in the model number. YFZ-350N or YFZ-350P or YFZ-350L or Ect.....
  24. Rico you post whore!!! I'm gonna start calling the raptors a YFM-660 or YFM-700 (not sure of the new model #). and from now on.. Blasters shall be known as the YFS-200
