i was riding for about 3 hours yester and the bike ran flawless (other than the tranny not wanting to shift/shifting hard), but all the sudden I get on it today and after it warms up if i punch it from idle it will jsut die. Or if im rolling slow at a very low rpm and punch it it will bogg down and then go, almost like its flooding out? What would cause this all the sudden? Temps are the same.

I dont have a title for mine, I bought it from the guy who bought it new so it was 1 owner. He has the papers were yoiu can send off and get the title but thats it. Wonder how I could get a title?

so do I just oder the jet "kit" or should I just buy them individually? I just wanna make sure the right jets and needles will be in the "kit" i forgot to add that im around 500ft or so. Thanks

Ok I should have my Sherer Inframes pretty soon and need to order jets. The only other mod beside the pipes will be clamp on K&N's I was told to start with 300 main's, 27.5 pilot and clip about in the middle. Does this sound pretty good? My main question is, ho wmuch of a range will the jets come in? 300-350? will I only get 1 set of pilots? When I oder jets do i just tell them I need 300 main and 27.5 pilot or what? Sorry I have never bought jets before...

I would think you would be ok advancing your timing as long as your not running lean. I would check Ebay for compresion tester.

haha, yea I deffinatly understand, I was just mainly talkin about cleaning them up and makin the smooth. I wouldnt fell comfortable "Hacking Away". I guess a little smoothness couldnt hurt.

Ok last question, is there a write up on porting? Obviously you will want to open the ports up larger and smooth them out, but there are always tricks to it. Im pretty good with a dremel, lol. I could atleast do a clean up on them and a polish.

I think thats what I was trying to say. I guess ill just wait till I burn up a piston and then do the 4 mill with porting. How much CC's does it increase to?

Wow those are high! maybe one day, but I dont have that kinda money right now. Maybe I should start with pipes and porting. What are some good pistons? The forged vitos dont look bad. What size carbs should I run on a stock cube motor with porting and pipes? Im guessing stock will be fine? Banshees just seem to be much more differnt than other ATv's i have modded. BUt you get alot out of them. Edit: I just relized what I think I thought I was saying made no sense at all.....

Thats my next steep, Im thinkin 404 big bore kit with forged power pistons, shreer inframes, cool head with 21cc domes, and porting with V force cage. What ever I can do with $1500

well the point is to be able to roll 50mph and not be revving 6000 rpm. I didnt do it for more performance, I am just proving that it will pull it.

I duno, I think that would be pushing it. I bet the motor would croke right then and there, not mention the clutch! Has anyone else tried the 18T sproket? obviously not.... Im sure it would suck in trials and stuff but thats not were im riding.

yes I have toped 6th out, well actually after I toped out in 5th I couldn't hear the engine anymore because the wind was so intense but it did still pull once I shifted to 6th and it deffinatly was rolling 90+ Im gonan order one of those speedomter thingys..
