USED 64.75mm bore, k&t drag ported stock cylinders for a 4 mil long rod and pro design cool head domes cut for weisco 795 series pistons (not included), bought bike with this setup, reason I am selling is I ordered serval cub kit yesterday from Fast. $300 shipped or make offer. Ps. Just noticed, Doesn't come with cyl studs, I still need to remove them and reinstall on new cub cylinders. I will remove today. Thanks for looking!

LMK, I'd rather spend a dollar more and have eBay/PayPal protection http://pages.ebay.com/motors/link/?nav=item.view&id=251663754066&alt=web

Damn rattly kicker fell off during ride in the sand last weekend, backtracked and no luck, eBay wants $50+ figured I'd see if anybodys got one laying around doesn't have to be nice, cheaper the better, going on a bike I'm selling..have PayPal ready
  7. My father bought one during the last scare, he did the conversion, coated it desert tan, and installed the drum (can't remember how many it holds) also did the conversion where you can change for high or low brass by turning a knob on the gas block. I will see if I can get pics
  8. Po had carb welded to clear clutch..I used brass punch and hammer on the inside of welded piece to make a sump instead of being flat. That issue aside.. bore size is 64.75 exaust is 25.50 and transfers are 42.00, compression still 140 on the kicker. Guess I will pull the head and jugs off and report back lesson of the day is take others word with a grain of salt
  9. I will check again tomorrow with another gauge after I measure the ports I will bolt it back up and get another reading...I just looked at the adapter and it only has 6 threads...still don't understand 390 stamp on dome?
  10. Previous owner spent some coin but never got it running correctly, fell on hard times and I bought it. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  11. Piston sticks up out of cylinder and domes are clearanced for it Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  12. would one of the plugs on the carb being welded cause any fuel pickup issues?
  13. Pulled head, domes have 390 and 19 stamped in them I was being lazy and that would just be stupid at this point to run it not knowing and blow my shit up. Will get my calipers tomorrow from work and will measure from top of the cylinder to the top of the transfers and top of exhaust port and report back. I take it these are 19cc domes but what does 390 mean?
  14. Thank you for your reply, compression with my quality Gage says 140/140. There is no markings on the domes but I know they were cut for the weisco 795 pistons, also everything is stock bore fresh rings. I wasn't adding timing due to not knowing what cc and this is with c12 /93 mix 50/50. Not knowing a base line jetting and reading on here the 33pwk recommendations everything was pointing to 150~160.I appreciate your response as I was going to go up to a 170 and start down but will start 175. Really don't want to pull the head again if I don't absolutely have to
  15. Drain oil and coolant, buy gaskets before you start.don't over torque clutch bolts, Make sure to get your clutch adjusted before you put cover back on. Pay attention and it's not rocket science
  16. Mods are as follows. 4 mil stock cyl ported by k&t (engraved on cyl only reason I know) transfers ported to case. 795 pistons domes have been cut for stroke but I have no idea of the cc's. R2 pipes,vf2 reeds, 33pwk carbs, huge k&n pod filters with 0 timing. CEL middle,150 main, 50 pilot, 2 turns out. I only have a couple hundred feet to test and tune this thing being I live on the beach and I have to idle allot, that makes plug chops hard to do. The idles good midrange good, have to really wind it up to get on the pipe or slip the clutch it also falls off easily and I thought I heard a lean sneeze when I flogged it a couple times. Ordered from FAST last week 155,160 mains and yesterday with the 160 it definitely hit harder and hung on the pipe better but still had to get the rpms up and couldn't get on the pipe under any kind of load. From everything I read I should be rich but I have to do what she is telling me.do you think this may be from the filters being so big? (I think they are 14 inch x 4dia) and/or the porting?(have no idea but ive heard k&t doesn't do trail/dune porting) What size jets should I order (I may drill some to try and get in the ball park $) oh yea it passed a leak down and just found out my compression tester at my house says it has 15 psi I can't bleed out and I have 70 psi in both cylinders (this was my loaner).. I will recheck with my good one tomorrow
  17. you do have the choke tube installed between the carbs right?
  18. Cause you can build a banshee engine to compete with most street bike conversions, it wont be as heavy, wont look like crap, and will actually be useable/fun off road.
  19. tooth paste on a q-tip works pretty good for cleaning the seats.
  20. I cut the tabs of then took my dremel and opened/smoothed it out
  21. On your first post your trying to sell 3 banshee's, really? It will be nice after the 1st of jan when you will have to have 50+ post to have shit for sale....that way I won't click these anymore
  22. The problem with using taps and dies to fix threads is that it usually undercuts/removes the threads and makes the tolerances sloppy. Try a thread restore kit that straightens the threads and you will be much happier.
  23. sounds like you could use a thread file in the old toolbox.
  24. well everything should be even on the two cylinders. in short if it runs better with one slide higher than the other well, you got problems. I would suggest a compression test. if even or close check your carbs for blockages
  25. file down the thread boss on your idle screw boss. sounds like your screws arent hitting the slides raising them
