  1. there is no real power to be gained gong from .10 over bore to .100 over. porting is where it`s at. just bore it enough to clean it up. 1 size . get a port job to get some real power.

  6. i have run cpi, shearer and grr. grr pull the hardest rev out most and create the most hp and torque on my bike. call andy tell him what the specs are on your bike,he will build you a set of pipes, same side, one out each side, wichever you prefer,to your engines displacement and porting specs.1 616 642 6186.

  9. it can`t be masked, nickel, copper and chrome all take different temperature baths and electric current.every part has to be clean, polished then submeged in each step for a period of time.i suggest you get yours polished.chroming is not for cylinders.

  13. it is possible, but how practical? the sleeves would get plated also, as will the intake transfers and exhuast ports.if it were a show bike and never going to be run it would look nice. but you would be adding metal where you don t want it.as for the heat ,i m sure it would hold in more.

  24. i sometimes grease the shit out of it then spin it around at amazing speeds with my impact gun. sometimes it frees them up. sometimes it dont. the next step is to whack the head off the bolt with a grinder, wiggle the a arm out and scrap whats left of the bolt and the sleeve.
