When I got my Cpis I put 280s and it was a little rich and tried 270s and it was perfect.200 My bike wouldve blown up.Try bumping up those mains and if you really dont know what your doing take it to a shop or something but there is definately something wrong if your running 200 with pipes at or near sea level.
If you ride trails only cut the fronts.I have my front cuts and it doesnt bother me.But when I go race and we need to go run into the forest and I dont have my rears it sucks.
:: .I think I might just stay with the CPIs.How much low end do u think I will have with porting Vf3 and 33s.Will the low end be a huge difference then what I have now?Washburn If you trail ride alot stay with t6s.My neighbor has t6s and they are awesome they just dont have the topend im looking for.
Will the CPIs work good with a trail port and the 33s(carbs).Or which pipe would perform best. Please dont tell me the pipe you have just an honest opinion what will work best with my setup and my riding stile.Tight Trail/Drag
Honestly I rather run a milled head until you start getting into port work and then when you port it get some smaller domes and just run race gas.I would waste the 265 in some porting and then get your cool head or Noss head. But thats just me.
You can prolly do it all yourself depends. Also whats your altitude and do you want to stay running pump gas(93).If your at sea level and are advancing the timing ill play it safe and go with 22s.
If your builder has a dyno you could put on different pipes and see which one performs better on your bike.I think that can be the best way to find out.As for the full port or drag port it should mean the same thing, give hima a call and find out.
