    Mine arent HID, but for sure brighter than stock, no need to convert anything they just wire right in, but if your wanting the really bright ones get the ones like Buckwheat has

    Ohh and is the clamp for the fat bars a universal one. I was looking for those exact bars and I bought a set off ebay last night, but if the clamp is universal I will take those also for my LTR

    Couplx is right, halogen, and a minor upgrade from stock. They are bright though... Nice thing is they just wire in.
