Hey how's it going all.. I havent been on in awhile and thought id say hi.. Ive been workin 6-12's and m one day off I get I dont get on the cpu.. anyway.. I got a new truck... well new to me .. its a GMC Sierra lowerd with some vis. upgrades as well as proformance upgrades as wel .. I'll put a pic in the images forum... also order`d a crank and all i need now is a head witch i'll order tommarow or sat. from Noss.. then i'll have my shee running again.. with no time to ride it.. lol

Heres what ive done with mine..

I didnt have a problem like that with mine.. dont have the heal guard.. but mine the engin bolts would go on fine had it all bolted down but i got to the left side and the damn thing wouldnt line up with the peg, it was like inch-inch 1/2 off.. got it to go on after i used the jack to lif it. AC's never seem to line up right.. but on my old blaster i had DG and had to use aftermarket bolts, after riding it and hittin jumps the damn bolts snaped in half one side then month later the other.. end'd up welding the shit to the frame..

I get my Ac's from Auto Value.. But you can get the Ac's that are cross ref. from the ngk's ( AC R41XL) from any auto store that has a AC sign in there window.. If they dont have them in stock (They wont) then they will order them for you.. they run about $5 a plug..

it was roling down my driveway if you could'nt tell.. i know you cant really see it becouse of the great amount of speed

what brand plug you run.. I used Ngk when mine whas stock.. now that I got mods as in sig i goto use Ac's its the only thing that dont foul out AC. R41XL has been holding out strong.. i fould one maybe once a riding year and if it dont foul i replace it anyway at the beginning of the riding year

Well thats what im thinking.. dont go out and buy the parts till someone else knows for sure...

When you kick it does it turn over or does the kick starter go down without any kinda force behind it.. If it goes down without any kinda force at all then your gear to the kick starter is stripped or broke.

Hey guys, Im wanting to get a stroker crank now becouse i goto replace the crank anyway. I have a couple question.... How much of a stroke can i go without mod'n my case ..Anouther thing should I also go with a long rod to increese durability and were do you get the piston's needed for a long rod ( already have wesco superlite .040). I have got alot of other things on my quad listed in my sig if any of that info help, also going to get a noss head so what ever domes for the stroker+ long rod... Thanks ~Rich

Got an interview tomarrow at 1:00 for a powerplant. My chances are good becouse my fiends mom is the one that talks to the superviser about hire'n people.. If I get the job I can finally get my shee back together. I'll be so happy .. Been so long I think I forgot how to ride...naa.... im going to rip shit up all day tho if i get the job and put it all back together. Hope I can remmeber how it all goes back together.. I got one or two things I dont really know were it goes, like a washer.. fell out clutch cover and a little rod like thing that I think goes to the shift star.. theres a hole kinda in the middle of the star and it fits.? but all and all things are starting to look better..

Looks ok to me.. but its not finished.. ud haft to sand the sides and corners down working your way untill its smooth inside there... It should look like mine, smooth hints the ( polish ) in the words Port & Polish..
