I ordered a carrier bearing kit (2 bearings, 2 seals) from All Balls Racing, for my banshee. However, when they arrived, I only received 1 bearing and 2 seals. I was bummed out so I sent them an email that night regarding the problem I had. The next day, at 8am, I got a call from Carol at All Balls, and I explained what was wrong and she was very apologetic and said that they are shipping the missing bearing and also sending me a free t-shirt too I got the bearing and the t-shirt 2 days later and they both fit great!!!
