  1. wow really that seems like alot, but i have been riding a yfz for a while with 7 paddles for a bit. mabey a 10 mill is not a good choice for a duner. what about a 4 mill as a duner, i just have to make sure this thing will eat up plenty of mouthy fourstroke riders.
  2. im building a 10 mill cub for my ltr-450 hybrid and im just building a very potent duner, not a hillshooter. so im wondering if a 21x12x8 10 paddle skat, be a good choice.
  3. well i cut off the front crossmember and welded one in front of the frame instead of below it. and also moved the front mount forward 4.5 inches. will finish the shackle end tomarrow
  4. im in the middle of building a jeep jk on 42,s thats built off a 2000 3500 gmc. so its taking alot of my time.
  5. i got the sides of the cab and cowl cut down. to get ready to skin the sides and put a factory cowl and windshield frame on.
  6. this started life as a 2000 3500 hd 2wd gmc. now after removing about 6 1/2 feet from the frame and tossing the dually axle. then throwing in some 63 inch long rear gm leafs and 56 inch long rear leafs up front. and a d60 front and d70hd rear and a propane 454 and i still need the adpters to install the 4l80e and np205. and it got some new 42 inch iroks and black steel wheels that will have beadlocks installed. my plan now with the cab is tomove the column over and cut the width i need for a jk width body is to cut off what i dont need off each side and the from front grille to back corner is to skin it with 1/8 inch steel. and cut in the door openings and wheel openings and build flares off that. i now have a jk hood and grille. it will have 4 door openings just like a unlimited. its going to look like a much bigger, better and faster version of my 07 jk unlimited, i started this project months ago but couldnt get much done since i only had 1 double car garage, but since i moved i have 2 double cars. so now i can really get rolling. heres some pics to start . it will be completly torn down when done and the frame and axles will be painted black and evrything else will be painted or cleaned
  7. yah i got it done and my brother took it to the dunes and got beat by some built yfz,s and sold it and bought a yfz, pissed me off. but it looked good and turned alot of heads. i would do it different next time though, i would cut the banshee subframe off and use yfz sub. that make it alot easier and cleaner. about the 98 i sold it awhile ago to help pay closing costs on my house. but im back with a lt-r450/banshee hybrid. ltr with a banshee engine. heres a pic not very far yet, just cleared out the old motor mounts and stays. its getting a +4 mill crank and cub cylinder. and as much as some dont like them, i think im getting some raw rocket pipes and will mod them to fit.
  8. im going to be building a 4 mill cheetah cub for my lt-r450/banshee engine project and im wondering if the rocket pipes are good enough to run well with that much power. i would really like to run these pipes but dont want to hold the motor back to much either. this wont be a hillshooter, just a duner.
  9. almost got it beat, its the shit. you can build a yfz with a banshee engine to.
  10. i have done a hybrid qaud before, so the sprockets are no big deal. as for the pipes, yep out of frames are going to be a better option. i did want to turn the cylinder around and run custom pipes out the rear. but i cant find anybody to do the work. this is not the cub, but it will be.
  11. I THINK I MIGHT USE THIS GSXR600 RADIATOR, ITS BIGGER. BUT WITH THE MODS MY MOTOR IS GETTING, THIS MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA.
  12. wow i cant beleive this post went on this long.
  13. no b.s., i just got stuck dealing with selling our house and moving into another alot sooner than i thought. my new house has a attached double car and a double car shop in back. so i got alot more room for projects now. anyway heres a couple pics, not much done yet. but i did cut all the 450 engine mounts and anything else in the way to throw in the banshee engine. i got new black plastic and its getting a powdercoated red frame and seat cover as well as some other parts and some chrome work. i think i will run cpi out of frame drag pipes with silencers. hope to just build a fast duner, not a hillshooter.
  14. well i just started my newest project, its gotta banshee engine. its a 06 suzuki lt-r450, it will be lightend up a littel and the ugly headlight is gone. the motor will be setup with a cub cylinder and 4 mill crank. and finish it off with a +4 swinger. i will get picks tomarrow.
  15. motor can be disasembled as long as its complete.

  18. i traded a stock raptor motor for it from a wrecked raptor my brother had and the guy i got it from took the motor out of a wrecked bike and thats why i have no insterment cluster because it was damaged with the fairings and if you look at the case cover it has a good scrape across it from the wreck also. the case cover is not cracked just scraped. and im happy to let you check the vin if you need. and yes it is a lt-r450 frame, i was going to put it in there, but i have had alot of 4 stroke the last while and im wanting to build a 2 stroke.
  19. im in utah but i go through st george and into vegas weekly. just a good running and complete with all electronics, i plan to do a cub cylinder with a +4 or 6 stroker with drag pipes and then its going in a lt-r450 suzuki. motor just needs to be a well running and complete motor.
  20. no the title, i would think stayed with the frame. do you have a seperate title for your banshee motor.
