if you have the money or maybe you will after Christmas, you should really try and just get a nice aftermarcket front end that was made for the banshee. but if you cant then go for it how much will the 450 front end cost you? peter

do wicked come in +3+1? as far as a arms, i would recomend which ever ones you get that they are fully adjustable. let us know what u get peter

i used rox 2 inch risers and love them w the low bend bars

Fast Flexx bars 14 degree low bend 31 inch there worth the money for so many reasons but one of my favorite is because i have no more arm cramps.

not sure about the ext. swingarms but i have a -2 and love it. i ride nothing but trails. it hooks up great and makes the bike nose feel lighter and the whole bike feel more balanced in the air. let us know what u go w? peter
