  1. Agreed...$400 is a little steep! I can't get over the fact that the games went up $10, WTF! $60 for a game, I am thinking about joing a rental place on the net for games...seems like the cheaper way out. When is PS3 coming out? Wait what am I saying...Xbox is far more superior
  2. I was just curious how many gamers out there were getting a 360. I missed all the pre-orders but I am thinking about going to Wal-Mart at 12 to get one, but I can't decide if I want to wait or not. How about everyone else???
  3. Thanks for the tips...duh, I should have just read the bottle. It is pre-mixed, but is 1/2 gallon enough? Also what is the easiest way to drain the old stuff? Thanks
  4. I just got a bottle of enging ice and I was wondering if I should change before I install my new head, or doesn't it matter? Also, how do I do this coolant swap, do I need to mix the ice w/ water? One more question, what is involved w/ the new head (installing)? Easy...hard...any special tools, or tricks? TIA
  5. That would make sense but I am running a Trinity Stage IV
  6. My compression is right around 140 for each side. Mine is exactly the same, starts runs on the one cylinder for a few seconds and then the other kicks in and runs great all day. Weird, glad to see I'm not the only one.
  7. Is it normal for the bike when it first fires up to be firing off one cylinder for about 5-10 seconds and then the second just kicks in?
  8. Not exactly sure where that is but I know its N. We ride down in the pines, but just like you I am always looking for new places.
  9. Never been there before...how would you get there from the DE Memorial Bridge? You are more than welcome to come to Pines w/us.
  10. Are they bigger than the previous TT's or same size? Any pics yet?
  11. where in jersey are you?
  12. Thanks for all the tips They were extremely helpful and after a few practice tries I was able to nail the start. One, my tire preassure was way too high, damn near 10 lbs. Dropped down to 5 pounds and those razors hooked up nicely. When I tried revving it real high it began to produce steam, after searching I noticed it was comming from the overflow tube. Is that normal? I still have the overflow bottle located in the rear. By the way...I smoke my buddy with the 450! Now I have braggin' rights till next time Thanks for you help/suggestions
  13. I would suggest ebay...plenty of choices and pices aren't too bad. try this EBAY Banshee Parts
  14. Looks good...but $800 for that little but of plastic
  15. That's what I thought you were talking about. Thanks for the props
  16. I am not sure what you are reffering to as turn signals. The light is only brake and running lamp. Three wires just like the stock tail light, yellow, blue, and black. I believe the brake light, lights seperate LEDS. After riding the other day my buddy told me that the LED'S kept pulsating until I was running pretty strong. I fugured that was normal since there is no battery The only thing I am worrind about is the water. I tried using some silicone to seal everything. As far as the airbox, I really can't remove it due to the amoutn of water we run into on the trails I ride, once summer comes it will be gone hopefully. Thanks Guys
  17. Yean it is LED's, not sure exactly how many but I think it is anywhere from 10-18.
  18. Just curious...how will it effect my startor? I never thought about the effects it would have on it. As far as brackets, I made some out of stainless and some rubber groumets. Thanks for the replies
  19. Well, here is my very first mod to my new Shee. I had the tail light left over from my '04 R6. Wiring was simple and it is bright! I am stillpartial to how it looks...what do you guys think?
  20. Thansk for all the help...So if was to start in 2nd and rev it pretty high, should I dump the clutch or do I want to ease it out? I wish I could take the air box of but there is alot of water where I ride. I work wiht the guy I raced and he has been trash talking all week. I have to get out and practice sat and figure out this machine ( I have only ridden it three times in the 3 weeks I have owned it!) One more thing, what air preasure should I be running? TIA
  21. Thanks guys...I will give that a try on Sun and let you know how I make out.
  22. Thanks guys...Checking out FAST as I type!
  23. I was beat but barely by a a new yfz450. I had a horrible takeoff! He got the jump and I think I started to loose traction in first so I shifted earlly, wich I guess didn't help. The race was really short IMO, maybe 70-80 yards. If it was a tad longer I could have taken him. I just have a couple question for the draggin experts. How do you get a GREAT takeoff. I tried to start with my body weight towards the rear and then slowly moving towards the center of the seat. But when I sat towards the rear, it was very awkward trying to shift. Right now I am running an '02 with t5's, Trinith stage four, and a K&N in the box w/lid, and razor 2's. I am mostly a trail rider but you always have the guys who want to race a Shee (I guess they want to prove something). What should be my next mod for best overall performance...I was thinking a NOSS head or Reeds? TIA
  24. I am guessing I just need a new clutch but would like second opinion. When i pull in the clutch and shift into first it jumps about a foot and then stops. I was assuming the discs are worn and need to be replaced...what do ya think?
  25. Oh, I am a little more south, right outside of Hammonton. Could you give me directions to where you go? Thanks
