  1. Finally got the engine back together, but now I am stuck. The bike was orginally runing a 2-1, but I have now changed that over to twin PWK 33's. I also have had the jugs bored .6 and had them ported. I am not sure weather I am going to run pods or the box w/no lid. i have completely no idea how i should initially set the carbs up. Also, how do I break in an enging and tune the carbs at the same time, i think I bit off more than I could chew. Thanks for any help.
  2. We have just found a new place to ride and there is a ton of sand, for Jersey. The thing is there are trails that are sand/dirt that go from pit to pit. What will the effect be on paddle tires when riding on something harder than sand? TIA

  10. Ok, just getting ready to put the two halves back together, but noticed that I only have circlips on the bottoms. Is that correct or should there be a circlip on the top as well? TIA
  11. I have gotten two PWK 33's # S46A1. After the part # one says NIK and the othe is RGM. Are they ok to use together? TIA
  12. I was just got layed off so $$$ is tight...i just wanted to make sure I could get away using the stock head without causing any damage for now.
  13. I have just begun my engine rebuild and have hit a bit of a snag. I have had my jugs ported, bored and honed. Got the the adjustable timing plate with +4 adv. I don't have the money for a Noss head, but (always a but) if it is really worth it than maybe a could pinch it. Will it do any harm running the stock head? TIA

  16. Doing a rebuild and need some new intakes. Found some Billet intakes w/out croosover tube holes. Anyone have a pair of these? Any benefits from the stockers? TIA

  18. Since I had my shee it was set-up with a 2-1. Now that I am switching back to duals I am a little lost at how the fuel system was set-up. Is it supposed to have a dual petcock or single? Does anyone have some pics or diagram of the routing of the fuel lines? TIA
  19. I wish I could keep the bore but when the piston blew it scored the one wall. So basically I should just bore what I need...cool ,Thanks for your help.
  20. Just getting ready to have the cylinders bored but I am not sure how big to go. Right now it is on stock bore (completely stock engine except pipes) and I have a pair of 34mm carbs to throw on. Any suggestions?? TIA

  23. I have a Trinity 2-1 intake that I would like to trade for a 34mm Keihin carb. Or I will trade the complete sytem for twin 33 or 34's.
