Same thing happened to me this past Friday in NY. Cop had been following me for a bit, so he racked up five things that he could bust me with: 64 in a 45, lane changes without signaling (2x I think), no signal with lots of traffic is endangerment I think and tailgating on a couple occasions. He said the five tickets would have run me 14 points and lost my license. I talked to him and was really polite with him, which is what you need to do, and he ended up giving me two tickets: 64 in a 45, and one signal change for a total of 7 points. Guy was nice, there's no doubt about that, I just fucked up. I voted "This topic is stupid" because I was going to do the same thing when it happened, but I realized that it would be pointless and you just have to live with these kinds of mistakes. The 200 bucks spent on tickets will be a nice addition to my Banshee.

That is one long sentence This must have been an important topic for you because you waited 8 months to make your first post. You are right though, in some sense. There are guys who could use the help, like me, from the knowledgeable HQ members, but on the other side, there IS a whole database of information over the past five years that could be easily searched for just this sort of topic.

This subject is a good example of something you cannot discuss... pure stupidity. This site is based on freedom of speech, so have at it, just try to keep the idocy to a minimum.

Just go buy a 4 stroke. I remember your first post sounded something like "I don't like my Banshee but I am trying to like it, I don't wear helmets because they are uncomfortable and because I don't drive fast or take jumps". The normal person buys a Banshee to ride fast, go off jumps and take risks of spilling while wearing a helmet. I say you sell your new Shee to me for way too cheap and go find yourself a 4x4.

Yeah I ignored his posts for a while. After like the tenth topic I was like what the fuck? I don't understand his intentions; if he wanted to draw your attention and get u pissed so you look like an egotistical moderator deleting threads, why would he do it through posts that should legitimately be deleted? To amuse himself?? I'm pretty sure everyone is pissed at you now, 04shee, so unfortunately your plan didn't seem to work too well. And yes, I know I post entirely too often...

I wish I could post this anonymously because you seem to be very selective about who you choose to listen to and who not to because of what you think they know about the situation. This topic was put up for the public to read and respond to, so that is just what I will do. I may not know the whole story from both sides, but from what I have experienced on the treads of everyone arguing about this the customers DID pay for your fuckups. They paid for it through time, money and inconvenience. The time was spent waiting for the parts to arrive. The money was spent (in Jeepman's case and possibly others) to either fix the pipes they got or to buy a new set in the months they had been waiting. The inconvenience was certainly experienced through the months of waiting, money spent, efforts made to try to get a hold of you and also probably through the fact that no one had pipes on their shee to go riding. These poor customers had to wait months just to hear you give excuses and tell them their money will be on the way or pipes will be sent out eventually, then more waiting... Either way, I couldn't disagree with you more.

Loco was getting annoyed and threatening to delete my posts that dealt with removing the censoring on BHQ. I thought that was a little uncalled for... but I think 04shee has just been stirring up commotion for attention or something and I think deleting the irrelevant posts on threads like "someone robbed my house" two years ago might be justified. :confuse:
