im sure most people would agree that toomey's are the best pipes for banshees, they are the self proclaimed king of banshee pipes, run t6's if your planning on keeping your motor basically stock, if you are planning on other things like porting your jugs ect.. then t5's would be the best choice

why does everyone get so defensive? it seems its impossible to have a conversation on a topic without a bitch fight breakin out.... obvisouyl no one will ever agree 100% on anything, everyone has their own way of doin things... correct? quick question: i always look after my bike of course, i baby it compared to how my friends treat theirs , i dont enter races or anything, but whenver i ride wide open for a bit screamin and i know shes gttin hot, i always slow it down after and cruise fora little bit through the gears lettin it cool down real nice, i NEVER shut it off hot like i see some idiots pull over and shut it off while its still smokin... ill alwasy run mine throuhg the open feilds coolin it down first for a few mins, anywa..... is this gona help with the amount of rebuilds on my topend? i gota 2003 with MAYBE 40 full hours on it, never abuse it, always cool it down, i avoid riding WOT for long periods of time....

those evinrude 2stroke boat motors are suposed to be alot more efficent and environmental friendly than all the new 4 stroke motors.... id liek to know the real reason why banshees are done too.... at least why not a 400cc twin for the last year

correct me if im wrong, but isnt it not good to let sit and idle? since there is no way for it to rid itself of the excess heat the motor is creating? and the only reason i went 20 hours is cause all the mechanics at yamaha stressed to me to not be an asshole and rip on it too soon and to do 20 hours before beatin in, so i listneed, thats all, better safe then sorry

basically just dont go nuts with it, i know its hard to take it easy especially on a new toy, but u gotta, dont start it up and go rippin down the road liek an ashole, for the first 20 hours or so u gotta be real easy with it, find an open space and just ride it around, goin through the gears, never really pushin it, like it says in the book dont go more than half throttle at first for liek 15-20 hours, just take it through the gears go easy on it, hit powerband a little bint here and there trhen make sure u follow that with a good 5 mins or so of colling it down each time, just cruising through gears and lettin the wind through the radiator so it cools the motor of nice before u put it away.... then from 20-40 hours, u can start gettin into powerband a bit, start workin it through the gears hittin powerband in each one but never giving it full throttle.. and of course make sure after eveytime u start gettin on the throttle follow that up with a cool down period of cursin and lettin the air cool the radiator before shuttin it off, never shut it off hot.. prety much just dont be an asshole, i know it was hard when i got mine brand new, but its worth it in the end if u take care of it.. after 40 hours or so, u can startt ridin it like a mother fucker pretyy much, but a good rulle of thumb NEVER rip on it like bastard then pull over and jsut shut it off with it still smokin.. alwasy cruise a bit before shuttin it off and let the motor cool down

i gota f150 too all i did was go to home depot, buy two 2x10's then went to walmart and for liek $20 bought those metal ramp end things, they sell em at every walmart, they are just metal plates basically that you drill holes in your 2x10's and bolt these on so they sit flat on the back of the bed and dont slip off while riding it up,,, total cost of ramps about $30-35, cant beat it

i duno why everyone tryin to act like im lyin or somethin?!? i have no reason to come on the internet nd try to BS people for no reason... i can do a 4th gear wheelie with no clutch.....lots of peeps can.... the higher the gear the harder u gotta pull up... my banshee is stock, except a k&n, no air box lid and 240mains and a set of razr 2's.... all i do is cruise in 4th gear right at the bottom of powerband right before its hardest hit,,, obviously u get to know ur bike, they are all a little dif,, and right before the hardest hit in powerband i lean back as far as i can and pull up like a mother fucker, and up she comes..... not hard....obviously thats not on lose dirt, this is in grass.... the razr 2's hook up nice

if you have a 380cc banshee then u should be having no problem?> i dont get the question..... ?? i have a stock banshee and can pull wheelies up in 4th gear with no clutch no problem.... i just lean back, floor it and pull up........

yea that was on lastnight here in nj out of like 60 cable stations here, about 20-25 of them had the same exact thing on, some telathon for katrina victims, where mor eliek 25% of the money makes it to the people in need, and the other 75% pads the pockets of the shows producers ect... all these people donating millions and millions.... where is it all going?!?!? who knows im sure ALOT of people are gettin very wealthy eveytime we have one of these though the red cross has been in treouble in the past for stealing donations...... things will never chnage 90% of peopl in this world are corrupt ive come to figure out
