had a instant message over someone whom seem'd upset i did not tighten his axel nut tight enough so i figured i would post a thread on my " poor mans lock axel " of how i do it TIGHTEN BOLT till u think its tight enough once they are " tite " wrap with color of choice electrical tape to match your bike , make sure the tape overlaps onto the axel . never had a problem with my little rig and it works quite well... Suppose you could do it the right way and use lock tite , but tape is just that much more cool. Just my 02

seadoo gsx limited it is , 70mph on the water is fast enough . I remember my old flats boat used to do 38 mph and i thought i was flyyyyyyyyyinnnn ..... I will be getting the new ski , as soon as i move into the new house i will be about 2 miles from the indian/bannana river , and another 2 miles till cocoa beach. ( ron jon surf shop area ) ....... right on polish , im a laid back guy and prefer the sit down ski's . I know the new ski's or watercrafts are nice and fast out the factory , but i dont want to get the new supercharged ones and end up taking it to the dealer after every weekend of riding. the lock out clutchs prevent slippage , they lock up at a certain rpm if im not mistaken and prevent clutch slippage , providing you with really hard launches etc. if your clutch isnt adjusted correctly you will burn a clutch fast no matter what.

the people who do the jb weld rig , cant afford to weld it up. They do that so they can increase the port size i belive, and or increasing the coolant size . Morrover they add exhuast ports. here is my JB weld on my goped... i added a secondary boost port with jb weld... I wouldnt in my life do this to any banshee. just my .02

as iff all those doo dads werent enough , now u need to spray ? Im looking into a setup as we speak for nitrous but i dont know exactly yet if im going to do it or not. If you spray the shit out of your motor you might get more HP then ure current setup, but then you always run the risk of BOOOOOOOOM !!!!! alky i was told is ruffly a 30% hp gain... With your bad ass bike id just leave it how it is shes a sweet quad forsure. just my .02

i belive if you have it disconected you have to have the sensor unplugged . I unplug all the saftey sensors 1 : stock carb tors ( remove the two connectors ) 2: Unplug tors box next to spark plug coil 3: unplug the saftey sensor wire that comes out of the throttle housing 4: Unplug the parking break sensor on the clutch lever ? if it has one ? Cant clearly remember how because i never ran stock. If the parking break sensor is on and u start the bike it should die as soon as u rev it, thats how my old warrior was , and my banshee when i first got it started. Hope i cleared any information up for you , if you have any questions shoot me a pm and i'll do my best into helping you.
