If you look at my Banshee............I had it PC'ed........and everthing that is not PC'ed is chrome or billet................I had it done in Mexico............and your right they are cheep........and they use tripple plate chrome......(which is show quality)...........I started threds about this about a year ago!.............let me know if you want to know were it is in Mexico...............they are sooooooooooo cheep......and they take there time! As far as powder one they are expensive........but havnt had any experience with them and for volcano Polishing......(chad)..........he is terrible at polishing.........and he takes for ever..........I had to take his parts that he started down to Mexico to get them finished..........and the Mexicans laughed at his work!.............Mexico

Dont listen to Bansh88...(he's a flatbiller)...JK!!.........the best place hands down is olympic coatings.....in escodido...........check there website........and there rap sheet............they are by far the best with the best prices..............I got basicly my whole bike PC (even the brake calipers)......lots of $hit...........for less than $500.00............there off the 78 and Nordahl..........the owner is a Woman and she Knows her $hit..........shes Hot too!!!!!!!............I even had my CPI pipes thermocoated....... candy blue with a chrome undercoat I removed the gussets and the usless crap I dont use these are just some of the many parts.........

AHHHHHH.........good eye............I have had a battle with my wires ever since I reassembled my bike..............the CPI's are so close to the frame..........I have starred at a solution for hours..........any Ideas..........LMK If you go in the Plumbing Dept., you can pick up PVC tubing, ( it comes in 2 foot lengths) rubber boots that will make the tubing flex (if you are a plumber when you connect two togather).........and 6 hose clamps.......I have seen it done on a YFZ........and any paint for the PVC.........I works, and looks trick!!

I like the steering stem alot!............I checked out others and they were too $$$$$........the stem is +1 and comes with everthing you need...(rubbers ....ect)..just choose the type of bars you run and your good!!..........Unlike most (not knocking the quality just the $$$$) there stems ran me $212 shipped to my door.........and fast.......(search ebay for stems) I had a white tank before (on an old yz250).........it wasnt the natural white ...just white..........the only color change was from my pants rubbing the side............easy fix..........just take AJAX and a soft cloth and your back to normal.............as far as a natural..........I would assume it might change colors on the inside.......

I got the tank new from a guy that comes on BHQ every so often..........$120.00 in the bow (new).......he has 2 of them.........

I bought all the parts needed to make my carb intakes from Home Depot...........FTZ Airfilters IMS tank...........(stickers by chase) AFTER THIS POST I JUST REALIZED THAT MY CAMERA SUXS.....OLD 2MP.....(BLURRY)

i GOT MINE OFF EBAY NEW FOR $314.00.......AND THEN BOUGHT AIRFILTERS FOR $50 (2) 35 PWK'S...........THEY BOLTED ON WITH A FEW AIRSCREW ADJUSTMENTS..........AND THEY RIPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

155..........52.......4th clip..........2 turns I ride at Glamis too and have the same motor............and used to have the same carbs........(but pj's are old technology)..........so I went with 35 PWK's (not pwk airstrikers.......there for motocross)..........but go with the jetting above..........no matter how much you play with it, the bottom end and idling sux.............pwk's are the way to go.........and it will wake up the stroker motor you have If you buy your parts a t Alba........thats cool.........unless you know somebody..........just do the work your self (if you can).........there backed up for decades..........at that means less quality time on each bike! :thumb:

I just got in the mail TODAY.....my 35 PWK's...........awwwwwwwwesome...........I at one time had your same setup..........I was running 34 pj's (oldskool)...........and the carbs seemed to be toooo much...........so I went with 28 PWKs.........and then the bike lite up!!!!!..............But know with the stroker and cylinder mod I went to 35 PWK's.............(the neighbors hated me tonight........playing with my new toy)
