Drag ported 4mm huh?? Wondered who ported that thing..? :ermm: Slobanshee06 said it was the fastest stock cyl. bike he had ever ridden/seen ! Good luck on the sale as this is one bad azz bike.

You will love the 4mm for sure. We sell more 4mm motors than any other setup. Looks like you have even more power to be had when you get a cool head, v force, carbs, etc.. Nice looking bike, i like the chrome decals on the Blue plastics.

Take out both plugs, give it full throttle, kick hard and fast till it stops! Stock motor should be around 120-130 range. IF your guage is correct at 90 you prolly need a rebuild.

??? Thanks for the props but Im guessing you dont get out much...? We have done many strictly drag motors, set several records, a ton of 1st place wins, write ups in Sand Sports magazine, etc...Not trying to toot the horn but we dont just do mild Banshees. This isnt our first rodeo. We have done more 421 cubs than i can count. Anyone one of the mentioned builders can put together a 421 that will run hard im sure.

Prolly not something you want to buy used as they are only like a $4 part new and we have all those motor parts.

Like Dajog said, and you may need some taller adjusters. I would also recommend you check your boost bottle for leaks/air leaks.

Have you tried gearing lower? I would give Kim a call and ask him if he remembers the motor as it may something different than you were told. He will get you squared away.

Might ask whoever is porting it but prolly around the 18-19 range depending on your elevation, fuel your running, and type of porting. Now THAT is a good looking head!

Hell loco, im a cheap drunk as i never drink much, give me a few beers and im loopie. : ) Thanks for the props fellas as we try very hard to make each and every motor F.A.S.T. as it can be. Id like to think good things are worth the wait and porting is one of them. We have done extensive testing and run against the competition with overwhelming results. We are getting much better on wait time too as at 1 time it was 6-8 months out and now (after weeks and weeks of late nights) we are down to only 2-3 weeks which isnt bad considering what your getting. We dont like to "rush" cyl. porting just to knock em out the door in cookie cutter style. We'd rather it take alittle longer and KNOW the job is done right and the WOW factor is there on the first ride out. Seems alot of people base a good port job on how long it takes or how cheap it was. Its also nice to support those who help support the HQ site. Please do your homework and check around. :beer:

I dont think you will go wrong with any of the above mentioned names. Passion is in Oklahoma and we are in Kansas. Both are only a couple days out on shipping. Herr Juggs also does good work and is in California. Either way you will prolly need to send them out which is no biggie. We have done several motors in the Dallas/Ftworth area that run damn hard. Everyone has their favorites, its kinda like asking wether you like Chevy or Ford better. Do some calling around and see who you feel better with and can give you what your looking for.

These would make someone a nice set of carbs for ported motor or Cub. Great guy too, NO worries with this seller. Ted, might let us know a sale price too as im sure someoene will snag these like new carbs.
