You do know that after you install an aftermarket axle/hubs you have to check it every so often to make sure that its tight. More than likely it had loosened up while ridiing then with the constant hammering you stripped the splines.

Im looking for a complete or semi commplete rolling chassis as well too.....I'm in the chicago area.

I wish I had 100% on Ebay. Unfortunately I deal mostly in ATV parts and have been screwed a few times with unecessary negative feedback by Idiots. I think Im right at 98.6% which is good but it should be better. Plus alot of people are too fkn lazy to give feedback. I think out of my 279 rating Ive given out 370 in feedback. basically 2/3rds of the peoplle I deal with actually have took the time to leave feedback,,,,the other third are lazy pricks!

Slow,,,I think they run about 70 top speed. I know they run outta steam fairly quick.

thats fine,,,,js trying to help I personally dont run covers,,,Maybe once I get my Elkas I might change my mind but I dont like the covered look also I would think that they might holld in moisture and dirt inside the cover. js my opinion

If your talking about the tube thats inside the spring thats a spacer but also centers the spring on the shock. If you take it out the spring wont stay centered and you could stand a chance of losing the metal keeper then your spring drops.

Do all aftermarket companys use helm joints on their A-arms for the banshee??? Im not a huge fan of Helm joints.

one thing about insurance,,,if your financing you will need full coverage. When I was 20 I went out to get a crotch rocket and everything was fine and dandy till it came time to get insurance. the motorcycle payment was gonna be $125 a month,,,,,and the insurance was gonna cost me about $450 a month!!! and the insurance had to be bought in nothing less than 6 month increments. Needless to say I didnt get a bike.

Topend?? LOL!! with my gearing I can outrun most quads I ride with on my 450!!

or a little newer,,,,remember when the Vforce first came out?? all they would talk about was how fast this thing is and how well it handles,,,,,,,then on every shootout that followed it got its ass handed to it by most all sport quads! and this was all pre-450 days.

None of the 400ex's I ever rode handled all that great,,,maybe a little tighter than a banshee but I would put them pretty close to each other. I do like the easy to use powerband on the Ex though, very predictable.
