i also have the hated on cool heads...which i forgot to metion.....but i dont know what size domes to get...i think i had the 17mm before but i cant find the number on the old domes for the life of me

i need new domes cause ..the piston messed up my domes...so i need new ones..i dont know what size they are now....so that is why i am asking what size of domes would be best for the bike

i am rebuilding my engine on my 87 banshee.....only reason why due to a rod breaking....the stock bore and stroke on all banshees is gonna be 64x54 mm correct ????i am looking at the pistons kits out there and i am favoring Wiseco...i need to do some boreing on the jugs very little damage there...i dont know what size over i need to go though.... would a .040 be to much...and if i did that what size on the cool head domes would i have to go with

well i am not gonna buy anything until i figure out what the jugs need..then i can go from there.....i know those are gonna need a boreing...i am just goinna beef up the bike.....which is better wisco or vito???? i notice the vito is more but i know bout wisco histroy.....

the jugs are not too bad....i am planning on doing a bore anyways....lucky the atv was not even moving when it happened...thank god...and the damage on the inside cylinder walls you can hardly feel with your finger nail...and i mean just little....so i guess a one or two over pistoin kit will solve that problem

well i got some bad news the banshee is down...its an 1987 shee....me and my friend took apart the cylinders..and the left side rod is broken....and the rod managed to make a nice little hole at the bottom of the crank case......the bike has the pro design heads...they were on the bike when i bought it.....so my question is 1: where is the best place to get a new/used crank case cheap... 2: what is the deal with the rz 350 cranks. will they work on the banshee??or do u have to swap the gears too. if so how much?? 3: if my rod is broken does that mean i need a new crank or can i just rebuild the current one? 4:and with a rod being broke and it shoting threw the crank case on the bottom, what parts am i looking at getting....and the approx...cost of all of this.... 5: where is the cheapest place to get used parts from...like cranks and such me and my friend can do all of the putting together which will save on labor there, but as far as the engine work goes a shop will have to do that....thanks guyz and try to list all of the places that i can get parts from...i need to fix it soon... i am sooo depressed right now...at least my 1994 stealth r/t twin turbo is running..lol
