  5. ya there the stock ones thanks for the info,a buddy of mine and his dad have a shop and i was going to gave them a little business and thought that the a-arms and swingarm would be the easiest to do,but now i know not to do them thanks.

  7. i was thinking of powder coating the a-arms and swing arm,would like to know if after the powder coating is done will everything wiil fit and go right back in place.
  8. it will take some time to get use to them,break them in,you might have to move your shifter up a little.
  9. i run a k&n with a outerwear on the filter,bought an outerwear skin for the top of the lid didnt work to good,the skin wasnt wide enough and also needed some velcro on the sides,i ride a creek bed have to agree with the whole water thing suck in alot of water nothing but problems.

  11. from what i read on the post 2ply tires not durbable might want to go with a name brand.
  12. i have a hard time doing wheelies also but for me most of the time i get the rpms up in 2nd gear let off a little bit then hit it again,or sometimes i will just clutch it in 2nd gear.my buddies do ther wheelies in 1st gear rev the rpms and pop the clutch and just walk the wheelie never getting into the power band,if your in a wheelie and you hit the power band the only way you are going to save that wheelie is the back brake,you said your right foot is in the grab bar jist switch feet.every now and then i will throw my left foot on the grab bar.

  14. i put on some tusk t-10 aluminum there a little bit taller and a little bit wider,they feel good and the price was right $24.99,rocky mountain.
  15. took the tors off put on twist grip with idle screws,if both carbs are set up the same going off of the idle screws would that sync them pretty close,or is there alot more to syncing carbs.
  16. just bought some of the iridium plugs,they seem to run great,banshee was seems to be a lot more snappy,but i payed $11.00 per plug ,sounds like i got ripped off.

  18. i have 11 tats,i used a&d for 3 days,then a non-fragrince lotion,now i use aqua-pure for 2-3 days then lotion,no problems here,color tats and black & gray.

  23. planning a trip to the sand i have dunner runners 22x11x10 picked them up for 40 bucks with rims,will those work with the mods i have.
  24. i think i said it early that someone probaly answered my question,money for money the banshee is easier to make faster,i was on the mod part of the HQ thought i caught a chat about smokein somebody.so last weekend i raced my buddys 450 it wasnt to much of a race.his 450 is stock,ialso rode his 450 before and like someone in this chat said that a stock 450 would beat a stock banshee,and thats how i felt that was the case,i also forgot that a lot of you guys ride the sand alot more than dirt.and after the bottom line,a race is a race no matter who you race.
