what piston to head clearance are you coming up with? and how are you measuring it

the pressure plate is not engaged into the innerhub correctly, take the bolts and springs out and remove the pressure plate.. spin it alil at a time till the pressure plate engages the hub correctly. there should be no gap between the last fiber and the pressure plate. also make sure to adjust the clutch actuator arm correctly or the clutch will not disengage correctly. if ya dont have one already go get yourself a clymers manual and read up!

I have for sale a 12 over no link banshee swingarm. Its bare metal round tubing with a honda style carrier. It was built by havoc performance here in MI. Arm is brand new.... Ended up going to a 14 over instead. Would like to get 275.00 shipped for it.

start with like 2-300 in the front and add more if its to soft. I run 250 in my front shaws on my single a arm chassis.....

you shouldn't have to clearance anything for a 4mill long rod crank unless it has 120 rods on it for some silly reason..... also stacking up base gaskets is not a really good idea.... like mentioned above have the head cut by a reputable builder and do it right.

the carbide tipped studs do not hook as good as picks or chisels. If your gonna do more drag racing the would go with the chisels. watch the snowmobile forums.... you can buy used studs on there cheap all the time.
