i bought nology coil and wires from storm racing in fl. the guy also sold me some silver plugs made a huge difference the only thing that is hard is findin the plugs i put a set of nice ngk's in the bike and can feel the difference verses the silver plugs . gotta get dem silver plugs

ive thought that question about my mains being too small but i called sudco who makes the carbs and put the pilot main and needle that they told me too. at first i bought the carbs from a friend that had them jetted real radical to big on everything including the needle and it still did the same thing.i do have a inline fuel filter but it looks like its clean and fuel comes out pretty easy.but my plugs looked nice light tannish and the motor runs strong just until it chokes out like its runnin out of fuel.i checked for leaks around the carbs and the intakes but everything is good?? any suggestions?????

ive been thru alot of probs puttin some 28 pwks in now ive got most of them taken care of.found out in jettin that i was loosin spark thru my coil so i replaced it with a aftermarket one.during full throttle im noticing that it feels like im runnin out of fuel, it did it before i replaced the coil and still does it. anyone have any ideal what this could be?it doesnt do it all the time and if i let of the throttle and hit it again it feels like it ok but a few sec later it will do it again if im runnin wide open.

they are being sold thru storm racing. its called the hot wire pro kit has anyone used these coils? are does anyone have any suggestions for a good coil to use.

sudco says in the 28 pwk's the suggest 48 pilots and 152 mains if u got air filter and pipes

yea i agree i got 28 pwk's and just went back to thumb cause were riding thru the woods alot more and damn that thing is stiff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got 28 pwks i used a dremel tool and shaved a lil off the inner of the boot to the air box and used a heat guy to soffen the boot up and put it on the carb before i put it on the air box off the bike then put the carbs on and put the air box on last. i run with a air box with a k&n with a pro flow adapter with a not lid with a outerware cover on the box and it screams. my buddie got more mods and bigger carbs using pods and were about even in racing in the fields but i loose him in the woods when hes gotta go thru water and mud slow!!!!!

im in deleware and lookin for a dyno locally that will jet my bike in right!!!!!

didnt get to see no pics but will these d-arms bolt right up or are there some moddin u gotta do??? my ball joints in my upper j-arms are worn and im tryin to get away from payin 140 bucks for a j- arm to fix it if i can get something better.

i heard a rumor that there is a company making a arm called a d-arm that replaces the j arm on the 87-88 shee's is this tru and if so where can in find it

i wrote in there that i had 52 pilots and 158 mains didnt know where to find out about the needle till i called sunco and they are ljm needles which the are sayin are too rich and too agressive of a taper ????

i moved the needle up and down bike runs ok with the clip at the top of the needle. called sunco and they have explained that my needle is too rich with too agressive of a taper???? so i bought the needles they told me to get and shazazz. but still feels like its a lil rich on the pilot that is a 52 they recomended that i put a 48 so im gonna try what they say they are the gods of these carbs

well i jsut called sunco and they are tellin me i have the wrong needle in the carbs someone has changed it!!!!! anyone know alot about the needles?

what are the stock jets that come in these carbs or what would be a good guess what pilot and main to run in these carbs on a bike that has pipe and airfilter at about 500-1000 feet above???

i agree i havnt opened the carbs up just tried to adjust the needle bought the carbs from a buddie that hasnt had them long a few weeks on his shee then went alcohol carbs i was hopein that they had the jets that they come with when they are shipped but as my shee is runnin i doubt it!!!! what would be a good guess on the pilot and main on bike i got fmf pipes,k&n air filter,reeds,reed spacers,boost bottle and 28mm pwk's and i live in deleware and its about 70 degrees right now but should be well in the 90's soon.
