I just installed one on my 2000 Banshee, not the best quality for the price huh? Mine seemed to not fit that great and I put the bolt and nut and cranked it down and seems to be all set.

I guess the only thing I could have wrong is the spacer facing the wrong way, but I think I have it right. I just put new bearings and seals. The axle is super tight to spin even when I have the lock nut hand tight.

I installed new axle bearings and seals. I am installing a Tusk/G-Force Axle with 3 piece lock nut. How tight do you tighten the lock nut? If I tighten it hand tight the axle spins but not very freely. Should the axle spin very easily or turn very tightly?

I bought a used set of +2 +1 Lonestar A-arms for my 2000 Banshee, looks like it would be a good idea to replace the ball joints (ripped boots) and the bushings. Do I need to get the stuff from Lonestar or is there a better alternative? Will a stock bushing kit fit like pivot works?

Looks great! I'd get rid of the Maier stickers though.

Ordered a Tusk Axle, V-Force 3 Reeds and a bunch of other stuff.

I've starting tearing the Banshee apart, down to the frame.

I don't think $3500 is too much to ASK for a real nice 06 (tough to know if it's nice or not without pics). You always have to ask more than you are willing to take, because usually no body is going to pay what your asking. I don't understand why anyone would bash him for trying to sell his quad, why not just not say anything at all or PM him and tell him u think he is asking too much especially, if you are not even interested in buying it. Just my opinion...

I have put a twist throttle on every quad I have owned. Quadracer, YFZ, Banshee, 2 TRX250R's and now I want to put one on the Banshee I just bought. I have used Motion Pro each time because there isn't really any other options. In my opinion they are very cheaply made, cheap plastic and cheap overall design. Just my opinion.
