  1. title says it all pm me if yo u have one(stock banshee flywheel ) for a fair price
  2. octane requirements are not just reliant on compression or dome size alone ,the exhaust port height , the ignition timing ,and squishband clearance all come into play . 100ll aviation fuel would be my recomendation for you,id say bout anything over 105 will work ,youl lknow if its detonating ,plugs will have tiny aluminum specks on them and youll hear the bike popping/pinging and hesitating
  3. if it smells like fish tasty dish ..if it smells like cologne leave it alone
  4. yeah in2glamis is kinda sketchy ,but there supposed to have remangaed their staf and improved customer service that kit is a smokin good deal IMO
  5. looking to buy your good working usuable quadracer flywheels any year pm my ass if you have one for sale or trade
  6. link doesnt work for me
  7. its all gonna depend on the port job ,if it is in fact a true drag port it should be well in the 70 hp range ,but im gonna guess 64 rwhp and 36 lbs of torque just for fun
  8. what is the yamaha part numbers of that clutch fiber in those bikes ?
  9. i think that means hes having his period
  10. yeah, ive heard those barnett kevlars on a she just turn into tranny sludge over time, sucks cause theyre pretty pricey,my opinion is that the springs are more the solution to clutch slipping problems on modifed banshees ,gotta run all 6 HD springs
  11. just to clear up any confusion the thread i started is entitled " tusk vs. fzr fibers " so hes not the only one doubting the tusk is different than the fzr fibers , i already stated i checked all dimensions and they are dead equal ,anyone who has a valid arguement to this claim will surely post up the specs of each to dispute me.. cause they are without a doubt completely identical ,now thats not saying billy bobs or sallys super duper clutch kit isnt worth a shit or the stock clutch is this or that .
  12. i know the raptor shocks are almost as shitty as the stock she shocks
  13. last winter i had accidentaly left my new jug of engine ice outside on a very frigid january pennsylvania night ,when i went to start my truck up at 5 i n the morning i picked up the jug and saw it was still watery and in liquid form ,i put in the garage ,when i got back in my truck the temp gauge said it was 4 degrees outside you will be hard pressed to freeze that shit
  14. same can be said for a boost bottle . every one uses one,so they must be the cats ass right???? not down playing the fast kit and its no big secret what fibers get used in it . compared to barnett and ebc its also a pretty competative price for a banshee clutch kit , so really asking someone about their product they sell isnt trying to steal trade secrets, its called being an informed consumer we arent building spaceshuttles here, its just a clutch
  15. yes except when the shearers " come o n "the pipe they change their tone too a more raspy note and scream bloody murder on topend rpms similar to that of several thousand pissed off yellow jacket bees
  16. no one can beat switchblade on here price on a lock up
  17. fast... what are the fibers from then? if you dont use the fzr plates that i installed and tested?you cant reallly go much different on these to fit in your basket and/or housing assembly ,a cltuch can only vary slightly due to the space parameters in the stock basket .the fzr stack up width is equal to the tusk one .many customers say that yours is in fact the fzr fibers with stock plates and barnett springs?it would probably clear up alot of confusion... for me anyways . i have the yamaha numbers and im certain they are right ones everyone uses for the high performance setup ,maybe its just that the tusk clutch is also beefier than stock and im comparing 2 heavier duty clutch fiber designs to one another, wish i had some stock fibers /plates laying around
  18. id be willing to bet the brother added a boost bottle , put some wd-40 on the chain , and possibly added some of pappys moonshine to the fuel
  19. um yeah youll be smackin off trees all day if yo uchoose a cub ,sounds like a 4mill stock mx ported setup would suit you better for aggresive trails ,cause you WILL die if you try to take a cub in the tight shit
  20. id get cubs or add a 4mill crank or both before the big bore
  21. .035 is safer IMO , but your head will work ,just that your squish band will be a little less than desirable theres alot of peeps who go -.040 on the head . soundsl ike your gonna see some good gains in torque and usuable power to me
  22. when i switched them out i could see the tusk seemed to be holding up just fine on my drag ported cheetah cub and did my old 350old dune setup i had , i would love to say the fzr is alot better and superior to a tusk cause i could warrant the swap and extra price , the other compenants are key ..that and run all 6 stiff ass springs will make all the difference between slipping and gripping it isnt all hp either imo ... an mx/trails guy on a 50hp she whose constantly working his clutch will wear one out much sooner than a guy who is 80hp duneing all day
