Just had this problem. I took the nuts off one at a time, and put some RTV Silicone sealant on the studs. Then put the copper washers and acorn nuts back on. If you have any questions PM me.
My o-rings looked perfectly in place during installation. Im going to try the sealant on the threads. But the only concern I have is that the coolant could be getting into the cylinders. Did anyone find this to happen to them?
I just installed my Noss Head. I didnt use the acorn nuts because they bottom out on the studs, so i used the stock nuts. Now i have coolant leaking through the threads on the studs. Anyone else have this problem?
I know how tough choosing MX tires are, but I really like these alot. They are very similar to the Holeshots and are pretty light. They seem to work really good. They spin in first gear, but when u get it in 2nd or 3rd, u better hold on!
Looking to sell me brothers 2004 KX 65. He needs something bigger. It has about 20 hours on it and runs awesome. All stock. Tires have about 80%- 85% tread left. The pipe has a dent about the size of a half-dollar, but it doesn't seem to affect performance. Bike has been very well maintained. This bike is extremely fast for its size.

82a off the parkway is the best. Been going there for about 4 or 5 years. Although last year, cops were cracking down hard, but now, it seems they have stopped working in the sand pit, so i havent seen any more cops.
Went riding the other day, and after about an hour, when to start my banshee back up, and found out that my kickstarter was MIA. Looking for a kickstarter stock or aftermarket, and mounting hardware (screw, spring, ball) if possible. Thanks,
Eric
