  1. You are right. Think of it though the USA is a pretty rich country while all the others are pretty poor countries. if the US was out of the way i bet that countries that are a bit richer then other poor countires will all team up and go for the poor countires. i duno though thats just imo i try to stay away from this shit cause its not cool to think about or hear
  2. you got a point there meat. but some of that depends on the factory involvment. suzuki and honda both have great support and are great to work with. Yamaha has Kory Ellis and Keith Little(I think) both racing mx for them but yamaha has still to get seriosuly involved with factory support imo. on the xc races ballance and borch have been going at it and i guess they are pretty close. we shall see who wins
  3. haha ebay is probably so familiair with that shee that they know that its a fraud everytime
  4. i didnt mind the seat righgt up close by the tank and in the middle but right at the back is really hard. is that just cause there is a support there or something?
  5. there is no difference in the banshee shocks except the colour. that was only changed to match the colour of the shee
  6. a honda no but a yfz i will prolly be picking one up in the winter or fall
  7. ya if he had all that done i bet it would be a sick quad
  8. im the same height as you sredish. I dont know the r felt way to short for me and i noticed the tippiness alot. really short wheelbase. the yfz felt way better to me and i felt like i had more room. i havent rode the yfz yet but just by the feel of both just sitting on them i like the yfz alot more
  9. hey guys. i rode a 450R for the first time yesterday and didnt like it all. as soon as i sat on it it felt weird. powerwise i liked it but it felt like it sat to high and short for me. anyone else feel like this too? when i sat on the yfz at the dealer i liked the feel alot more. does it ride the same as the honda? i cant believe the handling on those 450's though its as if there on rails. anyone else dislike the 450R's feel to it?thanks BFS
  10. cannondale mountain bikes are by far one of the best bike compnies out there. one of the fastest downhillers in the world rides a cannondale and he is fast. If i were you man i would go with the cannondale. if done right they can be pretty sweet
  11. it said i got .36 as my fastest
  12. ya i hear ya chris. thanks for the help guys. ill find out what the damage is when i take my jugs to my mechanic
  13. ya but that was prolly the old raptor the new ones are supposed to feel even better then the yfz
  14. ya i know i wont go any further then i have to. i wont be the one boring my mechanic will. as far as my exhaust port on the right side where the piston came from the exhaust port is like rougher then the left side from that broken ring so do I need a new jug or will that affect anything
  15. so i can go up to.100 oversize then if i needed to right?
  16. piston was in the right way. dont the end gaps have to be opposite of eachother? also if it says .50mm on top of the piston what does that mean? thanks for the ongoing help rare. its appreciated. here are some better pics http://www.tinypic.com/view/?pic=8yb5ud http://www.tinypic.com/view/?pic=8yb60y thanks BFS
  17. come on guys what could of caused this?
  18. hey guys. well today i went to work on the shee. the left side had compression of 75 and the right side had compression 0f 3 so we pulled the jugs off and the ring on my right piston just totally demolshed the piston and the wall and a bit of the exhast port. i cant even pull the bottom ring out because of the other ring just mashed all the metal around it and its stuck in there. so im taking my jugs to my mechanic for boring and im going to see if he can port them for me. I have 2 pics of my piston http://www.tinypic.com/view/?pic=8xt26c http://www.tinypic.com/view/?pic=8xt2e8 sorry bout the crappy quality i guess what could of happened is my ring might of got stuck in my exhaust port and then it just screwed it up. it was right where the ring seperates so i duno. what do you guys think happened? also how do i get dirt out of where my crank is? thanks guys BFS
