I agree 100%! I might add this is an ATV/Banshee site, not a religious site. When people come here, they expect to read about things related to Banshee's, and not a hand full of people trying to promote their own religious views. I am sure there are plenty of sites were that would be appropriate, but this site is not one of them. Perhaps they should start their own web site and call it (praise the lord HQ ).

The first time? Do you remember the first time you rode a Banshee? My first time happen back in 1996. A friend of mine bought a new 96 Banshee, and he was kind enough to let me take it for a spin! I was amazed at the power, the sound and the way it felt. And even before that first ride ended, I knew I would have to get one. Well, about 2 days later I went out and bought my own new Banshee. But to this day, I still remember that very first ride. I guess you never forget "the first time".

Well, first off rebel3190 made a post about a conversation he had with a friend. He made reference to what the conversation was about. So if his friend did ask him for advise, he must have left that part out. He asked for "you all's opinion." So I gave my (opinion) to the question he asked. At no time was I judgmental in my response. Now as for you asking me "what are you doing quoting scripture" when I wasn't a believer? Well, I got news, I believe in a lot of things. Now they may not be exactly the same as your beliefs, but who are you to question mine? Do you hold a copy right on scripture? As for me telling you to repent. You need to reread it, I said "perhaps." That means its your own call, not mine.

rkc, No, I am not being judgmental. I am just answering the question that you ask me. I have not passed judgment on anyone in this thread. The Bible says not to pass judgment on others does it not rkc????????????? Perhaps you have some repenting to do.

Well, for starters being judgmental will only end his friendship with that person. I don't care who you are, when you have a decision like that to make, you are the one that must live with that decision. The last thing you would want is someone ramming their own Holier Than Thou opinion down your throat. And from what I have read so far, his friend did not ask him for any advise. Looks like he found out the information second hand and called him to confirm it.

Brandon, I have a question for you. I see that in the title of this thread you say "we already pay enough for gas." However I see you are only 14. Now how much gas have you ever really bought? And how much "grass" have you ever smoked?

If you want to help out your friend, you will support any decision he makes, and not be judgmental. You already said he can't go to his father for support, so now is your chance to step up. Be his friend and don't make the most difficult decision in his life any harder.

I agree 100% that our borders need to be secured. But I don't think you will find many people willing to go down to the border with a gun in hand. In fact, I think you would have a very hard time finding people willing to kill another human for no real reason. I mean think about it for a minute, pointing a gun at a person and killing them as they walk across the border. You would be taking that person's life, but probably nothing more. Because besides the clothes on there back, most of these people have nothing. Most live in poverty that you and I have never and most likely will never experience. But I know sometimes the situation seems hopeless, and something should be done to stop it.
