I have not condemned anyone. Just the opposite has happen here. I have no problem with anyone practicing their faith or beliefs. If that is what it takes to keep you on the right path, then hey that's great. But people should not tell others that they can't have morals if they do not have religion or believe as they do. All people have the power to be good and lead moral productive lives no matter what their beliefs are.

My parents are of different faith as well, Mom's a Catholic and Dad's a Baptist.I was raised Catholic. Spent about 4 years in a Catholic school. I have been Baptized, I had my "conformation" and first communion when I was younger. I have read the Bible cover to cover back in the 70's. My mother is a practicing Catholic, she goes to church every Sunday. My brother sends his kids to a catholic school. The only time Dad goes to church is when someone gets married or die's and as do I. My Dad comes from a pretty religious family though. I have a cousin down in Rolla Missouri who is the Pastor of a church down there. So I have had plenty of exposer to the "good book" and all of it's teachings.

Instead of serving God, try to serve your family, neighbor and fellow man. Try taking some of that time you spend giving praise and thanks to God and give some of that praise and thanks to the people in your life who are important to you.

I have a question. Why are you all so obsessed with what Helldriver says? His opinion maybe different from yours, but what does that really matter? If you all really believe in what you are saying, then nothing could ever be said to you that would make any difference in your beliefs. A true Christian could sit here and read this whole thread and not be offended at all, because a true Christian would have nothing to gain by arguing or displaying anger. The only reason you should be mad at HD, is if he has given you some reason to question you own beliefs.
