I've had the Ti-moly for a year, no problems and no visible wear. I don't recommend the ss sprockets. They will tell you their is a greater risk of breaking them with any type of side impact to the sprocket.

Typical off-set for a 9" wide rim. Your others were 8'' wide. Total will be 10'' on the tape bead to bead. That's exacly what you want. The scratches suck though. I wouldn't tolerate that a bit. Give them a shout and see what they can do about it. Send them some pics of the damage. Who knows may have been the shipper. Can't imagine them letting that kind of stuff ship out of there warehouse.

I went to a specialty insurance co that does 4 wheelers, show/classic cars etc. They told me to get an appraisal value on it so I spent 100 dollars for an appraisal then they wouldn't insure it for the amount. Just for what blue book would be on it as a stock quad. I was pissed and wondered why they needed an appraisal then? Minimum wage workers piss me off, the customer gets what the company pays for.

The +4 is excellent for dune riding and I would never go back to stock length. Always replace your sprockets anytime you replace the chain or you will wear the chain out prematurely. I recommend the DID X-ring atv chain which can be purchased through rockymountainatv-mc.com. Buy the 120 link chain and you will be set. Takes around 114 or so links so you will have to remove a few. As for sprockets, I like the sidewinders.

Slow wheelie and banshee shouldn't be used in the same sentence really. Only way I would know how to do it is find someone with a big polaris 4x4 with a big rack on the back. Put the front tires of the shee on that rack and let him pull you around. Otherwise good luck. Welcome to BHQ.

Well here's my best analogy. Take your banshee and hook a 10lb chain to the back that's about 5ft long. Ride around all day long with that dragging behind you. Then take it off, that's about what a lightened flywheel feels like.

Really the holes need to be mig welded up and then sanded smooth. Though they aren't going to affect the performance at all untill you can feel a certain amount of the exhaust through the holes. Some people loose a surprsing amount just because their expansion chambers don't seat to the exhaust port very well.

My quads done it from day one. Different clutch, lever, cables, everything, still does it. Always heard it was just part of owning a banshee.

I get mine from a petroleum company or a oil and gas distributor (Simons Petroleum). If you can fork out the cash for a drum, most places will deliver, so no need to ever pick it up, plus better pricing. The stuff will last a long time in a steel drum, so If it takes several months, year or more to burn it your ok.

Problem is the roller is a pos because it don't roll. Slider is the only way to go.

Do a series of small holes. Maybe start at around a 1/2'' and work towards the hub bolts down to a 1/4'', or 3/4'' to 3/8's or something. Just a thought. Seems like this would be stronger and maybe more effective than a single larger hole.

Good points, I've always heard that a welded crank cannot reach that true of a tolerance (.001') The less true the more HP it costs you.

CEET does make a good gripper seat for the price, though cascade's cover is the most comfortable but it will cost you.
