Pull the motor out of the frame. Get a clymers or hanes to help you with torque numbers and directions. It's really pretty simple. I would go ahead and replace your crank, get a 4 mil stroker and have Jim port your juggs for that and have domes made for it.
No, those are to keep the bearing from turning or spiniing in the case. It's a better idea than the big metal nipple so if and when you lock a bearing, you won't mess up and gouge the cases.
Man that stock rear shocks rebound is soooo sloooooow that the back wheel prolly stay up in the air for a couple seconds after you hit a whoop, specially with a plus 4. You must have got an MX set-up, they will beat you to death in the sand.
