what is the peak power rev on a banshee? ....And what exactly does the engine rev up too ? anyone know?

I got a stock engine with boyesen reeds and pc pipes and i run 15/41 pulls no problems !

mine does it in water too i thought maybe it was the after market throttle cable )motion pro) MAybe not!

oh yeah the needle clip is in the middle setting position if it makes any diffrence!

I have pro circuit pipes boyesen power reeds what would be a god place to start on my jetting still running stock filter and the motor is stock..Bike don't want to idle and seems to work shitty i have 290 mains and 25 pilot any idea? I know some of you banshee legends out here can help me out! smokes really bad mixing ratio is 32:1 using amsoil i cleaned the carbs still nothing ...where abouts should my air screw be turned to some say .2 others say up to 2 turns? Fairly new to all this but willing to try anything once any ideas guys ...Thanx for your help .

SO are you saying even if you have a smaller jet that is running lean the dial a jet will richen it up on its own without any tinkering?

i beleive stock is 120 and if your bore then you should have a little more .... i would rebuild if i could afford it!

could be a clogged jet ...be a good place to start!

Ilike a 20 inch tire myself i find the 22's are a little weaker for cornering ( I like to take mine tight) But hey opionons are like assholes thats mine! but with the 20's if you get into alot of rough trails you don't get the little reinsurance of the extra clearnce or your back brake rotors and sprockets ! What kinda trails you ride?

i beleive its top end i'm not reall sure gonna get the builder of the crank to make sure its ok!! i am no pro at this i'm just a learner! I'm trying though

OK heres the deal i am getting a 4mm stroker crank for my banshee. I have pc pipes and looking to get some v force reeds and K&N filter, it is ported and bore out bout .60 when i do it again! stock crabs other mods are basically looks oh yeah the head is plained?? i know i will have to rejet but will i need a noss head or have to buy bigger carbs i know the bigger carbs would definatly complimant my mods but are they necessary? O r do you know of any problems i may run into buy doing this? How reliable is it going to be? Any info will help! Oh yeah i am strongley considering a 4degree timing advance any suggestion with that one aswel i could use the information! Thanx Jay

ok try quad pro in quebec i find there prices to be pretty fair the number is 1-866-565-6686 thats where i just bought my tranny and all the shift forks etc. for 485 $ shipped taxes in it is outta a 2004 !!!
