  2. Where are you located?
  3. Do you still have the bike? If so sent me a pic to [email protected]
  4. I am thinking about trading a car that I aquired at my old job for a 1993 RM125. I have never rode any 125cc bike, but I do have a Yamaha RT180cc trail bike which is by no means fast. I am about 6'1" and 175lbs. are these bikes fairly quick and would it be too small for me. The bike is really clean and I got the car for practically nothing.
  5. I have some white plastic I would be willing to trade.
  6. You want to trade some black plastic for white? If that is correct i would definately be interested
  7. I have rode this atv and it runs great very clean, all of the stickers that are on it in the pic are gone. Just clean looking yellow and black
  8. Are there any disadvantages to a stroker? Are there disadvantages to one larger than +4mm?
  9. I don't think the oil is from reassembly, I haven't rebuilt it or anything. It ran pretty good when I first bought it and it has gotten progressively worse over time. I was just wondering if when the crank seals go out that they always leak oil on the right side?
  10. I have an '88 Banshee with 34mm PJ's and my right cylinder since I have had it smoked more than the left. It have never noticed any oil leaking out of the engine on that side and now my left side cylinder is running very lean. I only ran it down the road through the gears, but the plug in the left side looked brand new still and the right was covered in oil like it was rich. Could my crank bearing be out or do they always leak oil when bad?
  11. It running lean on the left cylinder and rich on the right now, so I'm thinking of a 4mm stroker. Would my 34mm PJs still give good bottom end with new cylinders and a woods port?
  12. I didn't intend to stir anything up, was just wondering if my bike was for sure set up for drag racing before I replaced the cylinders. I kinda like working on the bike myself and was trying to learn a little more about it. Thanks for the info
  13. I'm not very familiar with the different ports, would I have to take the cylinder off or the piston out to measure the exhaust port? Would it be distance from the inside of the top of the exhaust port to the top of the cylinder?
  14. Would it help to run a smaller carb? I thought that 34's were kind of big if it's only a mild port and my older pipes.
  15. what does this mean?
  16. Can you tell from a picture if a cylinder is top end ported? I just bought an 88' Banshee with old school fmf pipes and 34mm PJ's. I ride more woods and hills, there are not really any dunes close. What can I do to regain bottom end? Banshee Pictures
  17. Off topic a bit, but do you guys have much bottom end with your 34mm PJs. I bought an 88' with them on it and I think it also has the old school fmf pipes and I don't have hardly any bottom end. I assume that it has some porting due to the larger carbs, but I don't know for sure.
