Im gonna be looking at doing the same type of mods... where can i find a pic of a 2 into 1 pipe?

Take a piece of thick rubber,tire tube etc. and put it over the inlet side of the pipe and secure it with a hose clamp...it is important that it is sealed good. Put a hose on the exit end of the pipe and clamp it , put an air nozzle into the other end of the hose and clamp that. The idea is to heat up the dented spots with a torch (rosebud tip) and add air pressure to the pipe to pop the dents out.(do not exceed 65psi) It works but it usually discolors the finish on the pipe from the heat so plan on painting them with hi-temp paint afterwards. If you heat the pipe cherry red and shoot 150 psi of air into it and the pipe blows up and kills your poodle, congratulations youre an idiot...and dont come to me. Dont try this unless you know what you are doing. An easier method is to stick a pertater in the zaust pipe and rev her up to aprox. 600,000 rpm or until the tater is nicely browned... next , pm me as I will buy your blown up Shee for a fair price

Well since Led called the 400ex a girlbike , I guess Im getting a Shee! Actually Ive mostly had 2 stroke bikes and although the Raptor and DS were easy to ride they dont have the ground rippin zing of the two strokes and I think I would miss that too much. I 'll find me a Shee this spring and just borrow my buddies 300ex for extended trail rides....and to race Led to the shitter! All my buds quads are new and nothing will piss em off more than to be beaten by a used two stroke. ahhhh, life will be good Thanks for all of your input guys.

As spring draws near I will have approx. $2,000 to spend on a 4 peeler. I will be riding trails/woods/small mx track mostly , and I will be riding with two DS 650's and a Raptor. Basically for the money I figure I can get a 400ex and spend the money to try and be able to keep up with the guys or get a Shee and make it more trail friendly but be able to whoop somebody. I would like your guys input on which would be a better choice... and certainly any other options that may be out there but im looking at "bang for the buck" here.

I'd look for an IT/DT 250 motor , they are similar to the stock motor and could be passed off as such... hee hee you may have to play with gearing a bit as they are bike motors. The ultimate would be an older YZ 490 motor (air cooled/kick start) shoehorn it in there and extend your swinger! This however will require 2 more modifications: a velcro seat cover and riding pants- and a bucket to hold the tears of the people you waste- good luck , and remember... stock is for soup.
