04 , I know Jesus loves me , its you Im worried about... It appears you use religion as an "Im right and your wrong" issue instead of a source of moral guidance as it was meant. Everyone certainly has thier own interpretation of what the passages of the bible mean to them as we are all different and with varying life experiences... but your willingness to use it here daily to "justify" your posts (in your mind) seems only to project a lack of respect for the true intentions of this holy book. What does this bolt hold on? is it one that holds on a shroud or something, or one that attaches the tank to the frame? Use a drill (or your new dremel) and try and drill/grind off the head of the bolt to see whats underneath... its sounds as though a nut that is suposed to be molded into your tank is spinning. If that is the case you may have to pry the nut out and epoxy in a new one just be careful not to rip into your tank , or ignite your tank,garage,house etc..
