Yeah. Probably your 1/2 fork. Probably banged 2nd and shot out from neutral bending the fork towards 1. Now it's just enough to have the dogs touch but not fully engage

Okay, you did a few things. The tors and the stator. Make sure you have spark. Make sure the choke tube is back like ZillaFreak said. Did the idle screws move the slides? What kind of stator?

What do you mean it floods out? How do you know? Are the plugs really wet? Do you see fuel visibly filling the carb into the cylinder? -
Totally fixable. Just not cheap. They are going to have to weld it up and port it. Need to find a shop willing to take it on.

I'm also willing to bet this guy has built more motors then bikes you have looked at. If you are going to take anyone's advise it would be his. Or guns. He was a local. I'm a local too, but you just want to only hear good reviews. And you won't get it from me.

No, you didn't get the response you wanted. You got people telling you ecatv is junk. Do a search. It's all here. You had 5 people tell you it's junk and 3 people tell you about personal problems. What more do you need?
