  3. Well if you want to hold off a little, surfrjag on here is doing a mid vs high dyno. It may make a difference. DDQ gave his whole bike with mids and I sent a set of highs.

  11. This. I hate when people go through so much work, then use stock parts like the swing arm or a arms.
  12. He's the only guy that's at least somewhat local. That's a great deal for me. I've beaten other shops bike with his motor. So his work is up to par. I'd put my motor against any similar build. If you talked to him you would know that going through him is just as good as going through FAST for a few reasons.

  15. top end rebuild between 6-700 to do it right. need bore, pistons, gaskets at minimum. I do reeds, pipe o rings, copper washers if you have a cool head, plugs, plug caps, anti freeze, and a few more odds and ends if you start to really get into it. like throttle cable, clutch cable, air filter, re pack the silencers. All the "excess" stuff is maintenance that is always over looked. I don't think ive ever gotten a bike in with good exhaust packing. ever.
  16. 4 mil. the little bit of extra tq and power shows on the long runs. There is plenty of stock strokes that do just as well if not better then a lot of 4 mils. a buddy has a stock stroke long rod that kicks some serious ass. But a well set up 4 mill will out shine a stock stroke.
