    I would just get the handlebar clamp with the light mounts, spend a few extra bucks on a pair of trail tech's and be done with it. It's not worth going through all of that trouble just to mount the factory lights, the stock lighting sucks anyway. I have a clamp I'll sell for $45 if your interested, let me know.

    Yes OEM Banshee Handlebars, the risers are just to raise the bars.

    Yes, the big gusset on the lower frame rails in between the lower a-arm mounts. No, it's the gusset behind the bumper up front, it runs in between the upper bumper mounts. Some people also cut the up tube towards the rear of the upper a-arm mounts, if you look at Finch's photo he has this done.
