Ok this is my first Banshee. I just bought it, and its in sad shape. Not running too good... The carbs are screwed, and the jetting is off... The head is pitted on the left side, but the pistons look to be in good shape, they were just replaced about 5 months ago.. So since I have bought it, I ordered: Noss Head 20cc Domes 30mm d Slide Carbs V-Force 2 Reeds Rocket Pipes Ricky Stator Timing Advance plate +6 Swing Arm All New SS Nut and Bolt Kit Newer Used Plastics and some newer used A-Arms With the performance mods, what kinda gains am I looking at? The Cylinders are not ported.. I am not going to port them until the pistons need to be replaced. Now I have only been on 2 banshees, they were just piped (t-5's and K&N) they felt pretty fast! I have a couple raptors, now I know banshees are normally faster than raptors, but mine is pretty moded. I am running 8.80's at 72mph in the 8th, now to a lot of people thats not really fast, but I weigh 230lbs. So is my banshee I am building going to much faster than my raptor?? Also the Pistons are .50 over.

well my stock carbs are JUNK... The float sticks, and they leak gas all the time. They have been gone thu many times. I just bought the banshee so I thought that I would just get a little bigger carb. I was looking in some D-slide 28mm. Should I just get a set of newer stock ones?

So I could do a +2 on timing and be ok... Right?

Hey i was looking at a Ricky Stator Plate. Are they worht the money? What does Advancing the timing on a banshee do? i am new to all this..

Ok here is a list of my mods. Noss Head 21cc Domes V-Force 2 reeds Clamp on K&N No air box... New Pistons Toomey t-5's or Rocket inframes Tommeys are on right now. I am looking into some carbs, 28mm or 30mm? D-Slide or Flat Slide? Fill me in on that the better pipes are and whats the best carb. Also when I get my carbs what jetting should I be looking at?

He said that i would prob. need 21cc for my set up. I have a quick question about jetting? With my set up, T-5's, V-Force2 reeds, Noss Head, 21cc Domes, Boost Bottle, 28mm carbs, what kinda jetting am I looking at? What would be a good point to start at?

I have a Dynoport Pipe and Silencer, it is in used condition, and has a ding in the pipe. I want to trade the Dyno Port for a set of Stock A-Arms, not bent or any a-arms for that matter. Let me know what you have and see if we can work a deal.

Well I got a Noss Head off ebay like 15mins ago. He had it listed as a over stock item, and got it for $185. Is that a good deal? As for Carbs, I found the kit listed above for $185 also. But where would I get new intake boots? I would need them for the 28mm carbs right?

Whats the deal with Noss Heads? Are they any good? What would be the best head for the money. I really dont want to spend over $250 Also Carbs? I was looking into PCW or PWC some thing like that 28mm or 30mm? They are a complete kit with throttle cable, jets, and vent tubes.. That will get me started.. I got a banshee now, and the motor is stock other than a T-5 pipe set.. It does need a head, the one on it has some pitting on the left side.. Also is a Noss Head worth $185 New?

I am looking for a Banshee. I had one lined out but after 7hrs of driving today it was JUNK!!!!!!! So I am looking for a decent banshee.. Running or Not But I want it complete. what is the difference between the V-Force Reed Delta V-Force 2 or 3?? I am new to the 2 stroke world? What do they do, and is $190 a good deal on a set of V-Force Reeds?
