  1. You will lose top end. I had the T5's and now have sst's and its a diference between night and day.
  2. If you are duning the get the SST's. You won't be sorry. The v-force reeds are nice but for the same price the G3's are much better than the v-force. the G3's are at www.1dirracing.com
  3. Try this. I ran into the same problem and it took forever to find. Pull the spark plug wire off and put a plug in it. Place it where you can see it while sitting on it. Kick it to see if you have spark. "IF YOU DON'T" Then try pushing the thumb throttle a little bit and kick it over. IF you have spark then it is the little black box inside the thumb throttle. You can either replace it or cut and splice the two wires going into the thumb throttle together. Hope this helps cuz it was a royal bitch to find on my old shee.
  4. I have them and they are awesome. Way better than the v-force i had before. But as I stated in in another post make sure you get the needle kit abd be ready to jet "UP" at least four sizes.
  5. I have them and they are one hell of an upgrade. Beat the crap out of my old v-force. If you get them then make sure you get the needle kit. It came to like 250.00 including shipping and I had them in two days. They shipped from CA to IN.
  6. sounds like you may have dirt in the switch separating the contacts.
  7. the 30 pilots seem kind of fat. Drop them a size. You may be a little rich on the main but you are probably drowning it from idle to 1/4 throttle.
  8. being an older banshee make sure your cables are in sync to get it dialed in correctly.
  9. The sst's are more for top end. If you are looking for descent bottom end then go with the fatty's. I'll see if i can post the dyno on the different FMF pipes.
  10. try moving the needle clip up one position.
  11. My friend kept making that mistake of just putting new pistons in. Do the right thing and get it bored to the next size so the bore matches the piston. In time you may shatter the skirt and do a ton of damage.
