I seen a guy run a heater core from a car and fan under his seat. Looked like a nice job and worked well. I think he found the stuff at the dump so he did good.
Might sound stupid but did you check your exhasut for clearance around the cyl head. My buddies exhaust was makin some funky kknocking noises and I thought a bearing packed it in somwheres.
The video takes while to download but it's well worth it. I seen the guy in person performing at the qatar moto gp he's got some mad skills.

I was trying to find the reason for my overheating and figured out that the pin that goes through the shaft of the water pump has torn up the drive gear. Is this a common problem with the banshee ? I'm still wondering why it happned?
I got my mind set on a 4 stroke dirtbike and I'm thinkin about picking one up. I just have to decide between a yzf 450 or a crf 450 witch is difficult becuase they are very similar. Let me know what you think.
Any one here a fan of moto gp? As of today I am. I just finished watching the qatar gp and it was friggin awsom. Just amazing how much power those 900cc bikes make, they do over 300km/hr and even more impressive is the 250cc two strokes. Between the race they had a guy christian pfeiffer doin tricks on a ducatti and a trials bike....man I can't say enough..just awsom. I'll have to post a video
I just figured out that my shee can be legally driven on the streets. All I need is a set of lights and some plates. I've seen a bunch of guys riding on the roads here in qatar but I just thought they where doing it for laughs. I'm a little worried about the death rate on the roads here, being one of the highest in the world but I think I'm goin liscence the bike just because I can . Has any one done this before? I don't think you can do it in the U.S and Canada.
Looks neat, I think it's laser cut from the looks of the DG letters. If you where to get a proto cut you would pay big bucks for an operator to run one off, but the cost would drop drastically with numbers.
Hey guys, has anyone ever cut the plunger piston spring in the carbs to make the throttle a little easier to use? If so let me know how it worked out and if there where any implications with the tors.
I have a set of hella 500's kicking around the house, just pondering if I should mount them on the shee. Any pics or thoughts on this would be appreciated.
