i ordered my paddles today. i got 20x10x10 9 paddles haulers. i bought them from rocky mountain ATV and with shipping they came up to. $242. i figuered that was pretty close to right way better than the price i got from DAR of $307. oh yeha i got them on 125's i had 125's on my other paddles and never had a problem and i was jumping ALOT! anyway thanks for your help guys

aren't 125's better in the sand though??? thats what i've always used and everybody i've ever talked to use teh 125's?? maybe i'm wrong am i??

oh yeah one more thing how much did your 9 haulers run you?? just wondering the price i got on teh 10hauler extremes was outragous at like $310 for 2 tires and 125 wheels!!! that seems really high to me i was thinking more along the lines of maybe like $260.

how many paddles are you guys running on your haulers. i love haulers but i haven't gotten my shee to the dunes yet (didn;t wanna go by myself) anyway i'm gonna be grabbin a set of haulers for my 03 shee it only has pipes and reeds so it's nothing special as of yet. how many paddles shoudl i run i was thinking 9 but nobody has them in stock and i'm going to teh dunes in about 4 weeks they all say it'll be 4-6 weeks to get tehm if i order them. i'm gonna do more mods to it so i know an 8 paddle is about out. and DAR (shop be silver lake sand dunes) has 10 hualers but they are extremes and i'm leaning toward that may be a bit much. any suggestions???? would a regular 10 hualer be best??

i have a 03 shee with toomey t5's and reeds. it really nothing outragous by any stretch but i was wondering what kind of paddles to run i was thinking about a 9 paddle hauler but nobody stocks tehm or they are sold out. and all DAR in silver lake has is 8 paddles and 10 paddle extremes. anyway i don;t really want a 8 padde because i wanna get soem better reeds a coolhead and maybe a bit of porting then the 8's won;t be enought right??? lemme know i only have 4 weeks till i leave to go

jeep i'm telling you that you need br8es plugs and run amsoil dominator at 50:1 it's make a world of difference the reason your shitting out plugs is because your running at 24:1 on crap oil

hey 2smoker it's still a small site. and yes there is more info on BHQ. but remember BHQ started out small also. E2S will get bigger and i hope it stays as nice as it is now. if you don't like it then it's really no skin of my back. and oh yeah the more good people that join make the site better. a site cannot work and be succesful if people say "it's no good i'm not joining" or "it's to small i'm not joining" if everybody said that there would be no forums on teh net for quads. or no riding groups. NO ASA or anything like that. teh liberals would have taken all teh land and there woudl be nothing for anybody to ride. just because something is small and is still in teh early stages doens;t mean that it's no good. thats my opinion and you don't have to agree if you don't want too. and to the rest of youthank you for checking it out. if you joined great if you didn't then i still thank you for giving us a look.

i'm from nw indiana also. i ahev been to the badlands and haspin. i personally like haspin better because the trials are a bit rougher. i like both places don;t get me wrong. yeah haspin is kind of a crap hole and it is pretty nasty when it's wet. but then again attica is pretty shitty when it's wet also. if you ask me teh best place to ride hands down is silver lake. but anyway if you guys ever go any of those 3 places lemme know i'l bring a banshee. unless you go to silver lake then i'll bring a banshee and my 85 tri-z stretched on alky sportin a powervalve YZ250 engine. i gotta see how it does still!! don't wrire haspin off it's cool as hell down in those rutty trails and no they are not 3 foot deep ruts. my banshee made it through them just fine. and the owners are nice as hell too

so the extra wire means nothing then??? thats wierd i just don't want to ruin a good cdi

ok i have 2 banshee's a 96 and a 87 w/94 engine. recently i was on my 87 and i got rearended by a Z400. well the cdi got smashed. i know that the plugs on the CDI's are differnet 87-94, 95-96, and 97-up. well i thought that al the CDI's were the same except for the plugs being differnet styles. i ended up getting a 99 CDi on ebay pretty cheap so i bought it thinking taht i could just solder the plugs from my 87 CDI onto it. well to my surprise a 99 CDI has on extra wire. the plug to the stator has 4 like the earlier models but the other plug has 5 wires instead of 4. i think hte extra wire is green (i think) i was wondering if that wire is important or not to a 87-96 banshee. or can i just put my lugs on there as planned and it will work?? help i can't ride either banshee and it's driving me nuts

i was out riding with a friend of mine couple of years ago. i was riding my modded blaster and he was riding a older polaris 300 (trail boss i think)we are on these old railroad tracks and he says his polaris can beat my blaster so we take off in whats supposed to be about a mile race. in the middle of the mile there was a newly paved road to cross i made it with no problem and was about a 1/4 mile ahead of him. well when he got to that raod he hit the new pavement and flew over the handle bars. the DNR took measurements they said he flew 69 feet at a height of about 7 feet. landed on his face luckly he was wearing a helmet. he ended up with a chunk taken out of his hand raod rash on about half his body and a pretty nasty concussion. the only think i can blame that crash on is crappy polaris suspension and a stupid rider.

thats what you get for riding junk like polaris. they make great sleds but junk quads. anyway i have the same problem with wrecking other peoples bikes. never wrecked on my shee but i smashed up my buddys YZ250 pretty bad. to the tune of about $300. i had to buy him a new rear fender, side plastics, and a new rear subframe. i learned my leason though i only ride quads now. i've been back on that YZ. i have a problem with twist throttles. my friends with dirt bikes don't realize how much differnt a twist really is.

hell yeah i was gonna put a thread on here about silver lake. i'm from NW indiana bout 3 hours from there. silver lake is awesome. anyway let me know when youi go up to silver lake. in my area we have a riding crew of about 15 guys. bout 4 or 5 shees couple 250 bikes a quadracer. the rest dont matter because they are 4 strokes. hell yeah a quad forum with people who know silver lake.

i would assume you need it. if yamaha could save 1 cent on every quad they would. when you make about a million quads a year a penny adds up so they aren't gonna put in unneeded things. ok i guess i'm wrong there i guess TORS and the plastic foot guards are unneeded. or maybe evrybody in the world other than yamaha executives think so

a DS is fast yeah but they are ugly and huge. kinda like a a 10 sec school bus. and stock for stock like a said before. whens the last time you saw an all stock banshee that wasn't on a dealer floor???

yeah new shocks if your just playing around buy a set of works at steelers. if your jumping alot get ressies they cool the oil faster and give you more capacity and cut down on "shock memory" takind the hard spots out of the suspension when in constant use. if your racing look into elka or axis. yeah my action racing arms only cost 389 shipped and they are quality units as far as i can tell. as soon as the banshee is running again i'll let you know. oh yeah if your dead set on building your own don't skimp on quality or material. most arms are .090 chromoly tubing. my actiona arms are .120 tubing. just get quality materials but int eh small quantity your gonna need it's gonna cost more than youi coudl buy them for.
