Went for a ride and I only have 2 gears. The clutch engages and disengages and I checked the tranny fluid (its at the right level.) I havent drained it yet but, I imagine that will be the first step and look for metal... I only looked for a second in the clymer and thought I would ask someone out there to try and narrow it down. I have t-6's(paking and screens removed with hush kit,) pro flow air kit, boost bottle, and Power curve reeds. I am at sea level. Its getting cold (40's) so I am running it at 300 mains, stock pilot, air screw 1 turn out, needle second from top and Klots 40:1. Shee runs like a raped ape. Check your plugs...... If its a little warmer run 290 mains. good luck.... I agree with redish. I have an 04 shee with T-6's 's, high flow air kit, boost botle(dont waste your cash if you think yur gonna get hp, I got it more for looks,) G3 powercurve reeds and spacer. I just re-jetting again and I think its finally dialed in with a 27.5 idle, 290 main, and 1.5 turns on the screw. I have my STOCK clip in the 4th position. The toomey needle was just too rich in the mid range. It helped my low end a bit too.... No one can tough me on the hill. I smoked an 04 450R yesterday BEFORE I rejetting.
