  1. I installed the dual feed pingel and noticed that the bike runs bad reall boggy when the fuel is on but when i turn the fuel off on the pigel it cleans right up and rund like a champ. Any ideas on this could it be providing too much fuel or could i have trash in the carb? thanks chris
  2. I think the more expensive ones are autographed but its the sandsations calender they are cool but not all of them are banshees some are other bikes and rails etc... but cool none the less

  4. Where were the reed spacers placed at? Closer to the carb or the jug?

I have an 04 shee vito's monoblock bigbore setup vforce 3's 35mm airstrykers converted to alky shearer inframes or power pros i think i was had Before i put teh inframe drag pipes i had procircuits it ran fine on my gas airstrykers but then i get a set of alky carbs and it ran awesome off of alky. I revamped my wiring jerked all the lights and tors shit off teh harness and really cleaned the harness up. i ran it again with the pro circuits and it ran fine i put the shearers or powerpros what ever the hell they are on there and it hasnt ran right since it just wont get on the pipe it revs slow cuts out way early and just runs like shit smokes and loads up terribly. I figured it was a tuning issue so i got it dynoed on alky it dynoed like shit couldnt get it enough fuel it was way lean up top it wouldnt even hit the power band we kept putting bigger and bigger jets in it but it never got better it dynoed 51hp and 29tq. so i figured it might just be the alky carbs so i took them off to completly go through them and put ym gas carbs on and the same thing still ran like shit. plugs look good both cyl's were firing just slow i mean very slow. so i decided to look deeper i pulled the head and noticed one piston looked great but was very wet and the other was dry but had some detonation pits in it. I then looked at the domes and the same one was excellent the other had some pits but nothing bad. Before i tore itdown i did a compression check on both cylinders the one that was wet was 175psi and the other was 177 so i am stuck. Maybe my bike just doesnt like the pipes i should have put the procircuits back on once more to check and see but i was determined that it wasnt the pipes. Can anyone shed some light on situation i was thinkin maybe my crank seperated its a stock crank or something more? Thanks Chris

  7. I am using the cascade stuffer plates couldnt really tell a difference tho. The reed petals are snapped into place so no screws to come loose and all the petals are the same unlike the 2's. The look to be a black carbon/plastic material. I have a set of 2's on my other banshee and like them as well i have heard that they make more power but have yet to see a dyno to prove it. when i first got my 3's they had a tendency to come loose with a spacer installed but the suffers solved those problems.

  10. I tried both this weekend the lubed seemed to bog more where as the unlubed felt more crisp. I am getting the bike dnoed tonight on alky so i will see if i can get the jetting correct with a wideband. Ever since i put the shearers on the mid range has been pig rich i know i wont have much mid punch with the shearers but damn i used a whole tank in a matter hours this wasnt constantly running just make a few passes and sit and make a few more for a couple of passes. Hopefully she will lay dawn decent numbers and i can get the afr correct. What is the target afr with alky i know gas is 14.7:1. Any info would be great. lates Chris
  11. When i buy my alky i get the lubed is it necesary to get the lubed when you premix or is the unlubed fine since its goin with benol? So i guest the question is lubed or unlubed?

  16. this is a used kit has the one sprayer for stock box and all the lines and hardware with the brushed bottle it has only had the bottle filled up once. lookin for a set of shearer inframes sb or bb and or a clutchcover and lockup plus cash pm me thanks chris

  21. castor 927 and cam2 40:1 from day one no mishaps runs perfect and smells great. only fouled one plug and that was messing with jetting. I also change my tranny fluid every 5-7 tanks.

  24. It could be your reeds or it could be electrical depends where its leaking from exhaust? or where?
  25. I use them have had them almost a month now and now problems not sure how much more power it gave me but for the price every little bit helps. Plus i will need them when i finish the 10mil.
