i have the same silencer's and was planning on doing the same i seen a set done. u would think it would make it run a little better.but im not real sure.i am sure that it does sound better not a whole lot louder but definately sounded more throaty. let me know how it it works out before i cut mine lol

hey guy's i got my banshee out and took it donw the road today and wasnt really running it very hard whn i brought it back she started knocking .seemed as it was coming from the bottom end but not real sure on what it is .could be me brank bearings? or worse . and if im gonne be in the bottom now anyhow could use some good ideas on how to set it up. i ride mostly trails and motocross.was already planning to do the topend but some ideas on that would be cool too thanks

i just got a new chain and sprokets over the weekend i went with the 13 front and 41 rear and i could tell the difference for sure all kinds of bottom end and didnt the mid bad at all

I run Klotz in the tranny and i run the klotz benol in the summer. as far as the premix after u find a oil that is working good for you stick with it

THANX after messing with it today it looks almost as if the chain is not setting all the way down in on the front sproket i havent been rideing it really just put some pipes on it monday and took it around the yard a few times

hey guys hope someone can give me some advise. 1st off my chain is trashed and the problem i am haveing is if i clutch the bike hard it makes a horrible grawling sound this is not good. it almost sounds like the chain jumping off the sproket but it really doesnt seem to be that bad that it would do that. if any of you have seen this or have a good idea please help before i head to the shop thank you

I live out of the city but stll some theft around here i keep ,y bikes locked in the garage with motion sensors and my whole yard has a electric fence that keeps in my 2 100lb doberman pinchers. both trained in German! so i would say by the time i get to them there may not be much left.

he could get parts a little cheaper if he purchased enough at one time . may be something to look into

i have the 03 with black plastic. it does show the stress but man it looks good

i would say the staraight gas is fine ! but u should be careful with the castor bean oil with the castor u should only mix what u plan to run it has a tendency to seperate after sitting to long! also with the castors dont run it when it gets cold switch to a synthic and try to make sure all the castor is gone even from the carbs the 2 dont mix well together. what hind of oil you running by the way

yeah thats the plan! this is my first banshee and i have added a stock shaved head, boost bottle, power reeds and spacers and trinity silencers no pipes yet but she coming down this weekend for for a going through

Hey guys i have a brother who has a 400z and he is adding some mods to it this season(because my banshee just cleans him up). but honestly all i hear here from him is how the z will hang with banshee. of corse all of us who have one know better lol. but is there a palce where i can find stats on both just to show him on paper.

well i ran my 2003 stock banshee at a drag strip through the 1/4 mile and she was to 103 mph.... but she wont be stock for long

My first ride was a 1974 jr50 my dad baught it brand new 19 years later she is still running with a rebuild of course we put my year and half old son on it and after about 9months we ket him race did pretty good actually but he is 10 now and had several new bikes and has won 2 peewee championships but the old jr will soon have a new rider my 2 year old daughter(wife said i had to wait a little longer with her lol)
